Some questions for OSgecko

I have been trying to download it but nothing happens.  I see it on my sd card but it stays the same.  Also how do I add codes to it?  Can I?  Also I would like a complete guide on how to use it but I can't find one.  So please just tell me what I need to do to have Wiird on it so I can add codes or if it does that.  I am quite new to this.  Also I don't need to download OSgecko I need to download Wiird which I don't know how to do.  Well at least I saw it on the sd card but nothing happens.

to use WiiRd you need a usbgecko.

I think this is what you want Ocarina you do not need a usbgecko but you can not make codes with it
you can only use the code the hackers make with  the usbgecko with WiiRD
