00______ YYYY00XX : 8bits ram write and fill (ba) writes XX YYYY+1 times at ba+address
Just the normal write code, 8 bits, in 81XXXXXX memory range.
(Add one to all the 80XXXXXX write codes to get 81XXXXXX write codes)
