GeckoOS for Wii 3.4E

Will GeckoOS be able to function fully for a Wii using 3.4E anytime or will there be no way but downgrading?

If I have to downgrade, where do I get the best guide for it?

I already found a downgrade package here, so I guess I do have all the files I need, but there is no guide on which steps to take (in which order) to not brick my Wii.

Any Guide (german or english) would be greatly appreciated.

The guide is geared towards using the Backup Loader on your Wii, but you can just follow the parts to downgrade.

You only need to downgrade if you want to use the rebooter function.

will the reebooter work with ver 3.3?

It will work on 3.3v1 but not on 3.3v2, just test it and you will see if it works.
If it does not work you have 3.3v2

it works just not when i have any hooks other than ocarina,   i want to downgrade but i dont have an internet connection
