Milestone Shooting Collection/Karous (JAP) on PAL Wii

Hi,

Been trying to run Milestone Shooting Collection/Karous (JAP) on my PAL Wii to no avail, sadly.

I have tried running Gecko OS, launching game under each config JAP/US/PAL, different languange settings and using the reboot to launch.

Unfortunately, in every case I can run the game but once it reaches the title screen where it says "Press Button", i cannot continue as the buttons presses on my wiimote do not register.

I have even tried using Menuloader (i get a black screen) and even tried using AnyRegion Changer to change to a Japanese Wii but the result is the same : I cannot pass this "Press Button" screen :(

Anybody have any suggestions?

ah! figured out the problem was it wanted the gamecube controller plugged in (tried it before but my wavebird channel was set incorrectly on the controller , so appeared not to work either)...wiimote/classic/nunchuck would not work despite all controller types  being listed on the back of the game. at least i can play these games now :P
