Program for comparing values?

I try to make codes for Fifa 09. I found the code but i don't know how it changes. Is there a program that can tell me? Or maybe anyone here at the Board?

The Offsets are: (Its a money code)

507D5C4C = 57 800 000
E018544C = 55 600 000

Now i want to know how it increases the money? It isn't always same i think. Or i'm just blind?


And the adress is

So i have to set the ba to 90000000 like:
42000000 90000000
04E5BEB0 XXXXXXXX
E0000000 80008000
this, right?

edit:Got it. Not all but the beginnings.

C0E164 is the value 4 is always 4 don't know what its good for and C is a multiplier. Now i just got to figure out why C0E164 x C = 60 000 000 and then i got it. :)
