Make cheat codes

i am not sure, if this is the correct section, but, how i can make cheat codes for SSBB, i know in my computer, but the only form, its import the data or something like this, can some body help me please, or what software you use to make cheat codes?

You will need a USB Gecko, the WiiRD remote debugger application and Super Smash Brothers Brawl. Here is a good tutorial by Foxx on making Wii cheat codes. Once you get good enough with hacking codes, you can start making some brawl codes!
