Your Code types seem to be off, it should be a 32bit write
003FF1B8 010000FF should be
043FF1B8 010000FF
Your Writing
803FF238 01 which is Silhouette On
but your also have
803FF23F FF but your code type isn't reading it (and I know for a fact that it's the address for Unlocking the Red Brick in the menu)
Your Code should be
003FF238 00000001 Silhouette Always On
003FF23F 000000FF Silhouette Unlocked in Cheats Menu
the Same goes for the Disguise, Hope that helps you
