Title: Possible Codetype 48 to F6?
Post by: WiiOs-Ozelot on February 21, 2012, 04:10:05 AM
Is it possible the 48 Codetype convert as F6? F6 = (If) Search, Set Pointer and 48 = Load into Pointer Address

48000000 807A8240
DE000000 80008180
4A100000 0000003C
14000000 40000000
E0000000 80008000

F6000001 8000817F
ZZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZZZ  <- 807A8240
1400003C 40000000
E0000000 80008000

Or

F6000001 8000817F
ZZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZZZ
ZZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZZZ
48000000 807A8240
DE000000 80008180
4A100000 0000003C
14000000 40000000
E0000000 80008000

??? hope anyone can help

48000000 807A8240 = Load into Pointer Address (807A8240)
4A100000 XXXXXXXX = Set Pointer Address to + Offset (0000003C)
14000000 40000000 = Write po 32Bit Value (40000000)

The ASM Code using D2 Codetype in F6 and i ask it is possible using the 48 Codetype in F6.

If I understand correctly, you want to use C2 with the 48 codetype?

48000000 807A8240
4A100000 0000003C
D2000000 0000000X # X = number of lines of asm instructions
ZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZZ # Z = asm instructions
ZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZZ
E0000000 80008000

Sorry if that's not what you're trying to do.

Hmm pointer combined with F6...

F6000001 8000817F # Range 80
XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX # Search
4E00YYYY 00000000 # Put next code's location into the Pointer Address
48000000 ZZZZZZZZ # ZZZZZZZZ will be overwritten
DE000000 80008100
...
E0000000 80008000

The F6 code finds the right position in RAM, the 4E line stores the found pointer address into the pointer code below.
I´m not sure if this works.
