that requires a LOT of time and patience. How would you go about testing. I doubt a poke would do anything.

yes it requires a lot of time because you don't know for which value you have to search.
try 32 bit unknown search and do equal-greather-less-equal. after a time you will get 1-3 page results.

1 equal/unknown (climate sunny)
2 equal/new (climate same)
3 not equal/ new (climate rain)
4 equal/new (climate same)
5 equal/old1 (climate sunny again)
6 equal/new (climate same)
etc... equal/old2 equal

which game?
If it´s Pokemon, you should search for the remaining rounds when weather is enabled.
(It´s always 5 rounds, minus one each turn)
On every game, poke WILL change the weather the next time you check it.
