do you guys have any good ideas for codes.

Timers.  Pretty much every game has a timer for something.

Just after you get hit, you usually have a brief period of invincibility.  Find the invincibility timer and make it infinite.

When you get a power-up, there may be a brief period until the power up expires.  The same timer principle applies here, too.

Tip: About Box - Enable BPNext

Get hit; pause; unknown search 16-bit search; next frame; different by 1 search; next frame; different by 1 search; next frame; different by 1 search; ... until you get a few results.  Then write breakpoint on it.  Once it hits, look at the disassembly.  You should see something that's subtracting 1.

Some games with weird hooks might require you to use less than searches instead of different by 1 searches.  It helps to sort the results and delete the ones that are changing by a lot.

It also helps to estimate how long the timer is.  Do the "one onethousand two onethousand" etc while the timer is running until it's over.  Instead of multiplying by 60 (for 60 fps), do more like 200 to allow for lots of error while still getting rid of most results.  So if it lasts 5 seconds, then you can sort by value and discard everything larger than 1000.

Thanks, that gives me ideas for a infinite Dins Fire move in SSBB. And a way to do my flat code again.

We need codes, which display on the screen if they are enabled or not.
Or that you can see the actual active value... ;)
I did this for PBR Weather Modifier, really cool 8)

This, but with ASM which alters the raw screen data to show something on the screen. :)

What do you guys mean. Like alter the on screen display or the characters look. And what do you mean by enabled and disabled.
