Print Page - Friggen code dump..any help?

Ok so when I load up gecko 1.9.3.1 there will always be a code dump an exception has occured? Does anybody know wht tht means? I use the conduit NTSC us version and I used code manager and hex editor all I really want to know is how you fix this

Protip: try another code -.- or make sure the HEX is actually HEX. also, LOL I R SO COOL CAPS LOCK FTW owait no its just shouting :/
