Zeus' thigh, actually. Zeus knocked up Semele (what a philanderer!), and Hera appeared as an old crone and convinced Semele that Zeus was not her baby's daddy. So Semele demanded to see Zeus. I originally took your comment as "sprouted from Zeus' xyz knowing asm", which is very similar in tone to Athena's birth. Her mother was Metis, and Zeus swallowed her to prevent her from having any babies, but she was already preggo with Athena and gave birth inside Zeus, which is how he got the headache, so the smithie Hephaestus split his head open and that's when Athena burst forth from his forehead fully armed with weapons given by her mother.
*blink* ummm that's very good to know. You should write a book. Plus there's this new book series kids love that was made into a movie. All about greek gods. never read it but if you like greek mythology you might enjoy them. Note: kids love them so the reading level must be low

it's debatable as to weather it were Zeus' thigh or testicles. I have heard both. I'm pretty sure it changes in different stories/translations
either way, I definitely sprouted from Zeus' testicles
