Hm need to recheck the swords, since it is no longer working... need to check em out later...
EDIT: Scroll down and read ShadowX39's post. He has most of the swords and skills.
It would seem that the 99EXP cheat isnt working...For me anyways :/
its not working for sothe and Micaiah
Quote from: elomaniak;2015its not working for sothe and Micaiah
D: it isn't working for anyone for me
maybe its like the pal version and there is a difference betwene the addresses when you are playing on 4:3 or 16:9.

I'll give that a try :3
Edit: THANKS!!! it was a screen diffrence thing :3
I think are 4 digits missing for all the item codes. How can I use them?
And if I have a ballista in someone's inventory, can I use it and bless it?
The 255 item quantity is useful for stat boosting items like seraph robes etc. Drat, you beat me to updating the sword values Shadow =P. And the skills.. lol. I was gone for the week and brought my Wii to find these values, (which was plus 80 dec. for every item, but still need to be applied to be confirmed) but no internet to update =/.
Nice find! Have to try to test that out!
When I try to use any of the Item slot codes for Sothe or Ike/Soren and use the 121 or 255 item quantity codes they don't seem to be working for me, anyone know why?
EDIT: OK nvm I actually figured this out. These codes work for only 16:9 not 4:3. Oh well thanks for the codes.
Strange that the dimensions would act that way on the game... Maybe someone should make a code for the bonus experience for 4:3 that way they could just fill up characters manually without changing the aspect ratio.
Okay, Uhm Absolutly No Codes are working for me. IS this For the US JPN Or PAL? I have US.
US. These codes are for 16:9 dimensions. Check your dimensions.
Quote from: Am3692;4422US. These codes are for 16:9 dimensions. Check your dimensions.
HOw do You Check/ Change Dimensions?
And What Do you mean By Dimensions? Like Wide Screen And Full Screen?:confused
Thanks for posting the codes :D, but none of them work for me, even with the widescreen settings.
Would having my disc sent in and repaired to fix the the US data transfer glitch have anything to do with this?

I doubt it. I have the US data transfer issue, but that didn't stop me from making these codes. So 16:9 doesn't work? Hm, are you using USBgecko or Ocarina?

I'm using Ocarina. I'm guessing the issue may be with that and not having the disc repaired..?
i have a problem with the item quantity codes not working and spawn item codes. gold and bexp codes work though
none of the codes are working for me either....i also have change the widescreen settings....any idea? or are there any other codes?
Would it be the level of difficulty, the heather codes work for me on easy but not normal.
Hm so difficulty is a variable... I'll restart the list then for various difficulties.
Quote from: ShadowX39;6278Yeah, I just learned that the difficulty level also has different addresses for certain characters. I created Soren's blessed item code on Normal mode..while doing this code in hard mode, the blessed item switched to Shinon's slot instead. I decided to play on easy to test some of the codes and so far, a lot of them aren't working..like Sothe's item quantity and creation. The bonus exp and money work fine though.
i play on easy difficulty....but the exp and money codes doesn't work...any help or advise of what should i do?:cry

Have you changed the screen dimensions to widescreen? 16:9
These codes are for ocarina right?
I was wondering if you could give a download link of all the latest cheat codes, incliuding new and fixed ones for fire emblem into a TXT file so people dont have to be pasting and copying thw whole time :)
It be really Helpful!
Thanks for all you guys have done
PS: How do i get the EXP 99 codes for everyone to work and what difficulty is it meant for?

This code is based off the 99 exp addresses at the beginning of the thread, so laguz won't have 99 of anything (except the herons). But this code save a lot of time attempting to transfer items (and noone's weapon every breaks!)
Thanks a lot for the 99 items code, Lamboghini.
I posted a comment on the video of Black Knight getting taken down. I asked the user if he could make a code about turning eveyone on the field on the "player" team.
This also includes cutxcenes like The meeting in Pelleas office at part 1 chapter 8. And also used for switching the red, yellow, and green circles to blue, so if you end the level with the code on, people who originally arren't under blue, they join your team!!
It can be used with a button combo to turn on and off. If this person who posted that video reads this message, can you post here to confirm?
Quote from: ShadowX39;7165Yeah, I'm here. I'm working on it right now. I've been running tests on the chapter(Ch.3) where you chat with Aran to join, no luck so far.
If anyone else wants to try it, I'll be glad you did if you get it done before me, heh.
Wait all codes work for Ocarina right, because I don't have a USBGecko.
And also, about the 99 exp codes, why arent there any for characters that are Part 4 exclusive like Tibarn and Pelleas? I know Tibarn doesnt need it, but having a maxed Pelleas would be awesome. I got him to Archsage in my 2nd playthrough and he was awesome against the dragons so lvl 20 would be sick. I dont know how to make codes. That is why I am requesting.
Really, the 99 EXP are not that necessary with the BEXP and item modifying codes. Only ones really effective are for the Dawn Brigade and those few early chapters with no BEXP menu. But if you want, I can get Pelleas's codes. I heard that the level codes don't affect the stats.
Quote from: Am3692;7332I heard that the level codes don't affect the stats.
What do you mean?
LOL. do I used the 99 exp codes and the BEXP codes, I got everyone in the Dawn Brigade to lvl 20 in third tier. level 3-7 when Ike must talk to the black knight took me nearly 3 hours lol. I forgot about that match when I maxed them. Zihark killed Harr and Ike nearly 3 times. (Who were also maxed) Edward came and crushed them when I reset. leonardo Sniped his Deadeye on a lvl 20 sentinel Nephenee. It was so fun though because I actually had to think about what I had to do. (Because this game is really easy) I even managed to talk to black knight as Ike (Sephiran unlocked ;) ) Thanks for making this game hard too with these codes. :)
When I say the level codes, I just mean the codes that change the levels of a character. The thing is, that they don't modify any stats, so their uses are limited. Heh, 3-7 was chaotic for me, since everyone was 20-20-20 except for Ike, and everyone had Nihil... had Soren and Ilyana used their 121 bolting/blizzard to break through.
I am currently attempting to find a code that allows more skills to be equipped...
Yeah sice Haar is prertty much one of the best characters in the entire game, I made sure to max him out quickly. When I maxed Zihark he would NEVER pull off any skills. Then I went 3-7. Haar, deals 20 to Zihark. Zihark with his Brave sword Deals 4 every hit an did. ADEPT-ASTRA-ASTRA-CRITICAL-normal attack-ASTRA-ASTRA-CRITICAL-CRITICAL. My poor Haar got owned. Theen I reset the game. haar used Stun and owned Zihark. Then I forgot that Edward took a part in this match. I placed Ike too close while my 20-20-20 Edward beat him down. Then Ike managed to survive, then my 20-20-20 Leonoardo came and finished him. I reset. then i managed to get through it all without dying. Then After killing Zihark, Edward, and Leonardo, I noticed that Ike was to far away to engage the Black Knight. I was soo mad. So I reset, but somehow prevailed after many tries. It was fun.
Quote from: ShadowX39;7569Hey GHT, should I make a list of codes for every character to be at level 19(39 for Laguz), have 99 Exp, and have max stats? You just activate the code and the character will be 1 Exp away from being all set.
Well, if you would like it, Im at 3-12 right now, with everyone maxed out. I don't really need it, but you could do it if you felt like it. I don't wanna hastle you or anything, but I'm really anxious for that "control all units" code. But, it's all your choice, cuz your the code maker.
Control all units... still trying to find it. Every lead I find freezes the darn game. I experimented with when characters change from enemies to ally, but no luck yet. I will try until my summer ends, which is Wednesday...

Ontopic, It's alright if you can't release the Control all units code. ShadowX39 still working on it?

GOD!!! :clap:clap:irule:
Hooray! Is that the "control all units code" or did you just switch the circles if those two? either way, that is still awesome cuz those two are the ones I wanted. Well actually, if you only changed thier circles, could u also do Izuka plz? Either way that's awesome!
Quote from: ShadowX39;7668I can make it so Soren fights Ike also, or any match up I can come up with. Shinon Vs Ike, etc. I also just got Sephiran to join my team, so I can max his stats now with speedwing and all that. I'll put up these codes in a bit. The same thing you had to do in Radiance to recruit units is the same way it works here. Kill, activate code while they're saying their death line and they're your's on the next chapter! :)
And yeah, I'll get the Izuka code also.
Really? I did it a different way. I would end the match with the characters I want alive then when the screen fades to black, leave the code on. The characters would be available in the next chapter because they were on the team in the end, Oh and thanks lots!
Quote from: ShadowX39;7670I tried doing that, but the game froze when I tried fighting a blue unit. So I put them on my team while they're standing and saying their last words. Oh also, the way I've been doing it so far, is I activate the code on the start and then battlesave. After that, I either have someone die to go back to the main game menu or reset the Wii and go back to this battlesave. When I start it, the game will treat it as if everyone who is on the leader's team is also on your own, even though they're red. The boss wouldn't attack either.. making it very easy to get the person to join. Soo, I then put the unit I'm after in the red team and beat it - putting them on the blue team again after I beat them and they're mine on the next chapter. It's really simple!
Wait, the game freezes if you simply end the chapter with who you want? I mean say i was fighting on 1-10 EVERYONE on the enemy side except Jarod is dead. I turn on the code,move Jarod and have Micaiah seize the Chapter. Since Jarod is under the blue circle when Micaiah seizes, He joins the team. That doesn't sound like a game crashing problem because...why doesnt the game crash when Ike is under a blue circle.
:mad:
Quote from: ShadowX39;7677No that's fine, but when the chapter is something like defeat boss.. it won't end unless you kill the boss. So you have to wait to activate it after you beat the boss.
Another pic, I was wrong about them blessing their items, so I blessed them myself:
http://img213.imageshack.us/img213/3457/fireemblem10usana930xb3.jpg
I'll include the slot 1 blessed item codes for Sephiran and Dheginsea in my post coming up.

:mad::mad:
I'm so angry cuz that looks so freaking awesome. 1 reason is just that....it's awesome. The other reason is im not gonna be at my wii till thursday, so if you release the code i wont be able to use it. Just like in PoR, is it possible to turn the code on during cutscenes? I would always get Griel in the cutscene in Chapter 5. This could be a great way to get characters like: (long list lol)
Lekain, Pelleas, Sephiran, Izuka, Black Knight, Dheginsea, Pelleas "mom" (what is her name), Valtome, Jarod, Early Ena, Nasir early, Tibarn early, even ASHERA! In cutscenes it would work because, you turn on the code while the character you want is on screen. When the character exits the screen. You simply turn the code off. Then when the cutscene s over, you have the best character in the game on your team(Greil)
Where did you put the code?
Sorry, thanks though.
What would be even cooler than the Black Knight is Zelgius.
He has to be obtainable because he has attack animations and map animations and everything normal characters do except playability!
Quote from: ShadowX39;7682Haven't yet, I'm making a list of many characters to recruit. I'll put it up soon!
Who do you have so far?
EDIT: Sorry for double posting.
Quote from: ShadowX39;7696Make The Black Knight player-controlled: (Easy Mode)
048955D4 8066B830
Use this on the Black Knight in Rebirth(2). To get him to join your team..you have to battlesave the level with him on your team, next you do what you do to get back to the Fire Emblem Menu.(I just reset the Wii and go back) Once at the menu, go back to the battlesave of the chapter. Now use this to turn the Black Knight into an enemy again:
048955D4 8066B83C
You'll notice that none of the red enemies on the other side of the barrier attack you now, so it'll make doing this pretty quick and easy. Turn the Black Knight back into an enemy and kill him, when the text appears of him saying "Impressive, most impressive!" turn him back into a blue unit. Now turn the code off as you won't need it now. On the menu before the next chapter(where you prepare for Yune to bless your 1st slot item) you'll see the Black Knight with you, enjoy!
Make Micaiah player-controlled: (Easy Mode)
04885DC4 8066B830
Make an enemy:
04885DC4 8066B83C
I will add more characters to this post in a second.
And if anyone wants to try to find a way to make this whole process quicker, I'd appreciate it! :)
Edit: I know some will be disappointed that this is for Easy Mode..so I'm going to start a Normal Mode file and zip through it making this code for lots of bosses(Ex: Izuka, Ludveck, Valtome, etc.) and also for every character in the game you get normally, in case you want Shinon and Ike to fight or whoever you want for the heck of it.
Example:

:cry:cry:mad::mad:
Alright. Alright. I posted a message in code request containing a link to come here. It's asking for button comboer's to explain how button combo's are implemented into codes or for them to just help out.
http://www.usbgecko.com/forums/showthread.php?t=70&page=4
It's the Fire Emblem US page and I need this one code to be able to be turned on and off with button combo because i use Ocrina and not USBGecko. Make it any combo on any controller, please just help. You can jut post a message there stating how to implement button combos into codes. ShoadwX39 could use a little help.
Wow how did you find the codes Shadow? With it not freezing? I found a few characters, but it just froze my game once I selected the character or if it did anything. So the values of type of character is 13 hex apart? Hm time to hunt down that archer....
Hey look what I've found!!! It is button acttivators for Brawl, but it may be of use.

It's pretty funny how I thought of it. It just randomly went to my head with a "what would I find if I were to just check the Black Knight's Level address in the memory viewer?" I decided to do the chapter where Black knight appears to fight the laguz across the river, and then Rivals Collide to see what changed with the Black Knight since the last Chapter..I also kept track of Micaiah during this:
Micaiah Level
00885DCE 00000000
80885DC0 80B57C94
80885DC4 8066B830 dif = 83C
80885DC8 00000000
80885DCC 050614FF
Black Knight Level

80888D00 80B5689C
80888D04 8066B830 dif = 83C
80888D08 00000000
80888D0C 11281463
This is what I saw during the chapter where both Micaiah and Black Knight were blue. I then checked their addresses again in Rivals Collide to check the change, and there it was..that little C change.
Huh, I did that. And what did I get? My wii getting frozen a few dozen times. Good job though! You saved me the trouble of lynching myself with my power cable!
Quote from: Am3692;7893Huh, I did that. And what did I get? My wii getting frozen a few dozen times. Good job though! You saved me the trouble of lynching myself with my power cable!
that's a real nice way to thank someone for codes that they spent their time to make and their time to post. Maybe if you were more appreciative and less rude eventually you could learn to search and find out that some codes conflict with others and you shouldn't use too many codes at once. Once you learn to do that then you can create your own codes and then just maybe you could have the right to complain, but until you learn to make your own don't be such a demanding jerk.
Also you dont have to unplug your wii. Holding down power button on your console puts it into a hard reset, just like unplugging it, except without the wire stuff. And YES it does work after your wii is frozen -.-
Quote from: Am3692;7893Huh, I did that. And what did I get? My wii getting frozen a few dozen times. Good job though! You saved me the trouble of lynching myself with my power cable!
Yeah, uh, nice way to say thanks. None of us here take kindly to this attitude and if you keep this up, I'll take this up with an admin and you'll have to be banned from here. That said, this is a warning, keep the attitude up and you're outta here. Hackers here deserve as much respect as you do, and if you can't respect them and treat them as your "employee" and you're the boss, well then, I guess we could see a ban for you in the future. We don't tolerate this,
at all.
In fact, everybody here that is a hacker doesn't have to do anything for you if you're going to be this ungrateful. Be grateful that you can even use codes at all. Ocarina wouldn't be here if it weren't for two hackers, Link and kenobi, so I think you would be the least bit grateful but, I guess not if you keep this up.
Again, our tolerance for this is low.

Wow, dude. I'm upset about these codes not working for me cuz I have Ocarina and not USbGecko. But that was cold. It's a video game and a video game system. It shouldnt be someone's life, but for you it obviousley is cuz your making it that kind of big deal. If the codes dont work for you, simply turn them off and dont go hastling somone who works hard doing things for people like you. you should be thanking him for even trying instead of making it sound like it's the end of your world because the codes dont work.
I think your comment killed this topic, Am3692. ShadowX39, it's alright.

Hey Shad, does that mean you've found that bloody monster's EXP adress ?
Also, thanks to your huge efforts, I was able to convert all the codes for the PAL version so, yeah, many, many, maaaaaaaany kudos and cookies to you mate. However, I'm still stuck on the problem of finding Janaff's, Ulki's and all the characters appearing after them's EXP adress. Once I have them, though, it'll be easy walk.
Also, by mistake (stupid one at that) I think I've found how to edit a character's weapon level. I'll be sure to get back to you if I do.

Do you know how to implement button combos into codes for this game for type Neo shadow?
Waw, thanks ! Funny to notice I work pretty much the way you do except I don't have my Gecko USB yet (I'll have it in two days). I'm gonna go test those adresses of yours right now and see how it applies to the european version (yeah, there was exceptions in the spaces between same adress types... For example, the item modifier in the NTSC version is 20000BF away from the EXP adress whereas it is 40000BD away from the EXP adress in the PAL version... :S)
Also, I'll get back to that weapon level adress in two days or so, when I'll recieve my very own Gecko USB. Meanwhile, I think I'm gonna test my hand on those stat modifiers you found.
Oh and rofl@Ashera xD Good luck warding her off with these stats haha !
@GHT : Sorry mate, I haven't even tried to find them. I will, however, when I find a track to go onto to find them.

Sorry I'm a major noob when it comes to hacking. It sounds like giberish. What do you mean?
Quote from: (GHT);8039Sorry I'm a major noob when it comes to hacking. It sounds like giberish. What do you mean?
I mean that without proper material (namely USB Gecko), you need a place, into the amount of informations of the game, to start from to find similar informations. If someone found where in the game is located the assimilation of a button to an adress, it would be "quite easy(er)" to find the other adresses...
Say you're looking for cool drink, if you know you can find Sprite in the fridge, there's a 99% chance you'll find Fanta in the fridge as well. Well it's the same here (but slightly more complicated). Is that a bit clear or what ? ^^'. END OF OFF TOPIC.
Quote from: ShadowX39We both have Shadow in our usernames, we would have some stuff in common! :P
I managed to defeat the maxed Ashera by the way, here's the video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c9zW9Ux9tSQ
I give Tibarn props for surviving a match against her lol
Granted ^^
Yeah and you sacrificed a few good units too :D But why didn't Ashera fight back against Micaiah ? :/ Oh and kudos on showing that your other codes work by fielding Lehran, Deghinsea and the Black Knight ;)
Quote from: ShadowX39;8078Also something interesting! If you activate those make characters on your side codes while you're doing a chapter. Let's say you activate Leanne to join your team on Chapter Prologue of Part 3, when you finish the chapter..Leanne will now be part of your team. Also, you can randomly make units like a common Gallia laguz that is part of Skrimir's team be part of your's if you activate codes of characters you haven't met yet in the game. Do this on any chapter and see what kind of results you'll get!
So, If I'm not mistaken, I could load Ocrina with the Black Knight Blue code installed then i could go to say...3-1. When the level is over, Black night is on ike's team?
Well now that I know I can do this with Ocarina, I have an interesting question. Is it possible to get Order (Incarnates) on your team? You know, the ones that protect Ashera. Is it possible to get those and put them around characters to protect them?
And no attack either. I'm not sure it has any sort of interest. But as Shad proved it, it is possible (and should be anyway since, by existing, they have adresses. And if they have adresses, they can be modified ^^)
OK, now that I know i can do this, i have some things to say.
1. Is it possible to get Black Knight un-helmed?
B. Is it possible to get Zelgius?
Q. Do these codes work for normal mode?
3. Good job.
LOL i used the Ludveck code and got Titania on micaiah's team instead.
You see, I dont know how to change addresses and stuff, so can you please please release these for normal mode?
(please was put twice intentionally)
Quote from: ShadowX39;8260I said I would a page or 2 back. My most recent discovery has to be this code that allows you to have the stats of any other character. Example, Mia with the same stats as the Black Knight.
dun worry it's k
Take your time, this is all I'm waiting on. I loled when I got Titania on Micaiah's team.
I think he's consciously avoiding you :o or maybe not...
It could have something to do with his stats changing and since he's never fielded as a character (a boss, a trooper, anything) except when he's the black knight, it may very well be for that reason.
Kinda like the NPCs we can see in the first animations when Micaiah heals a random person. In fact, I don't understand how he could have an adress of his own at all... The only way to play Zelgius, as is, to me, would be to find where is his skin's adress and field him with the black knight's stats.
Can THAT be done ?
Since you found a way to separate a character's skin and name and the same character's stats, I guess it is.
OK never mind, Shadow
This was a stupid post.
Um... okay, I won't get into the discussion since I'm not involved but I certainly didn't read shad's post the way you did, GHT. No-one is insulting you :/.
As for the codes, Shad, explain something to me please. Are your blended characters (you know, Ashera+ilyana=randomness) mistakes of yours or purposeful blends of codes ? I didn't quite catch that part. If they are blends, how did you make them ? Stats on one side, name on the other, class on yet another... or something else ?

*Twitches right eye*
Wait... Shad, I need a minute here. You realise that you have unlocked just the BEST code for fun-playing a FE lover could want ? I mean, using your first codes, one can go through a normal gameplay recruiting anyone they want. And then, at the end of rebirth (5), just entering the code to go back to level 1 and keep the WHOLE team ? (oh hell, no, not entirely, just the chosen ones...) but still, with the base code thing you mention in your last post, one can go back to the first level with everyone in one's team and play the game anew... damn...
Ok, I've found something. I've found where the weapon's EXP adresses start. But if I believe my tests, there are class restrictions coded somewhere that prevent, say, Micaiah, from waving a sword... Shad, do you have anything that would help me find where this is coded if it is ?
The data is a 16-bit data and is 1D4 away from the EXP adress :
(those are for PAL version but the spaces are the same)
808BDA3F 0A010263
Edward's EXP adress
808BDC14 00737300
Edward's Sword's EXP adress
I don't know yet what the 73 following this adress is since poking it hasn't changed anything. But a character who can't originally wield a sword has this value set to 00...
Also I've found the adress that defines if a character has already played or not for this turn. Quite useful. (10 away from the EXP adress. 00 says character hasn't played yet, 01 says he has)
Once I had found how to allow a character to play every turns (I found this while looking at the mem viewer auto-updating), I gave Edward weapon scrolls. I then scrolled down the mem-viewer until I was sure I was a bit under the item slot's adress and took a snapshot, gave edward an arms scroll and looked if something changed and there it was.
Also, I just found where all the game's dialogs are xD
EDIT : Also, the max EXP a weapon can be given is 14B (331) which is SS.
Shad, for future colaboration, the NTSC version and PAL version (at least the one I play on and will give you codes from) are separated by 35900 :
Micaiah's EXP adress on NTSC = 80886D8F
80886DF + 35900 = 808BD64F
Micaiah's EXP adress on PAL = 808BD64F
On normal difficulty.
Yes I've tried for all the adresses I've tested and they all worked. Yeah, I saw them but haven't tested them yet. But they are designed for the character, not his class, right ?
That's why I say that it's the character's stats adress. They are limited by his class' maximum. And these maximum are most definitely coded somewhere and, hopefully, the weapons limitations are coded somewhere in the same place. If I can find these adress... wait no... lol. I just realised that there would be a problem with animations since the sprites are definitely not designed to have a mage wielding a sword... Ah, sadness... oh well.

Is it possible for me to get Zelgius? Do you have a code of it?
And lol how he doesnt move on a miss.
Quote from: ShadowX39;8688He dodges a miss like the Black Knight does, so it's hard to see him move in a pic lolz.
I can make it possible for you to get Zelgius, but the only way to get him for yourself is you have to be really lucky that the code I use to create him is to an empty place in memory. I can't guess which bit of an empty space for a unit is for you..so I don't know how to make sure you get him.
Hmm, so his code may just duplicate somone else?
Quote from: ShadowX39;8693Yep, this code is close to Ike's address as well.
Well is there a certain number of Zelgius codes I could try?
I believe I'm past every level that has Zelgius in a cutscene. Does that do anything? Delete chances of obtainment or raise them?
Quote from: ShadowX39;8730Alright, I made a mistake. You can't get Zelgius..it's impossible unless you find the address he pops up in and tell me which spot he's at in the memory viewer.
dun wurry it's k
Black Knight is still obtainable right?
I don't mean to hassle you, but can i get the black knight normal mode code please? Ill stop annoying you.
Quote from: ShadowX39;8757Not really annoying me, I'll get the code tomorrow.
K thx
Darn the game freezing but I think that is just what I'll do (recruit people, warp to rebirth 1, select those recruited guys, warp to prologue, enjoy myself) thanks Shad ^^. I've spent like 5 hours trying to understand the way One Piece Unlimited Adventure is coded and I just lost half my hairs after taking them off my head... anyway, need to relax on FE so, thanks.
Im having problems with the nephenne and brom 99 exp code im currently in the 1st act in the 2nd story ( one with ellincia) when i tried using the code it dosent work.
Could someone help? =D
Awesome codes by the way Am And Shadow!!!
Did you try other individual 99 exp codes earlier ? Did they work ? What difficulty are you playing on ?
So, guys. I've maxed everyone in the game. Who should i take to the Endgame?
Your favorite characters ;). Seriously, that's what I did (no lion king, no hawk king nor any other uber unit) and I had an enormous lot of fun. Be careful of the 3rd mission though, it IS hard on the first turns.
Quote from: ShadowX39;9019Sorry for not being on much yesterday, something came up irl.
I'll get that code right now, I'll add it in a bit.
Edit: New code I did for Normal Mode:
Micaiah is always Level 19 with 99 Exp:
04886D8C 09011363
That way you can max her with ease.
Sothe is always Level 19 with 99 Exp:
0488A0BC 16011363
Make the Black Knight player-controlled: Normal Mode
04888914 8066B830
Make an enemy:
04888914 8066B83C
He'll disappear once the Black Knight you fight in Rebirth(2) dies, so try skipping the chapter if you want to use him after.
Can I just enter get him for the last three instead?
Quote from: ShadowX39;9102Go try it, if it doesn't work, activate him again.
Try battlesaving when you're about to finish the Black Knight chapter and see if you get him next chapter. If not, activate during Dheginsea.
Activate during Dheginsea's death cutscene? Or the chapter
Quote from: ShadowX39;7701I don't know much about making button combo codes, hopefully an expert hacker pops in here and creates button combos out of this..sorry :\
ask FMK or Volderbeek how to search for Button activators. they probably dont have the game, but they can probably teach you how to make them :P

Micaiah, Ike, Sothe, Laura, Zihark, Reyson, Boyd, Ena, Kurthnaga, Skrimir, Tibarn, Soren, Pelleas, Shinnon, Danved, Haar, Sanaki.

No, I never got to 4-E-3 yet. I'm still in the first one level of the tower. I chose good characters and all, but I forgot to reapply skills XD
Quote from: ShadowX39;9297Alright I got good news, you can recruit the Black Knight during that first chapter, he'll appear on the next. Activate this code again during the next chapter and your Black Knight will change to the one you killed and you'll still have him for the third.
OOOOO that's neat, thanks.
But, again. Sorry, bro I won't be at my wii til thursday. I'll see if it works after school.
How exactly do the make a enemy codes work?
Hello all! I'm new here, and this will be my first post. I just got on board with ocarina, and am very excited about the codes that have been discovered for this game! This thread is getting a bit long, witch is good, but I'm a bit lost. Can someone post all the codes we have so far? Sorry to ask this but it seems I came in a bit late to the party.
By the way Shad: I noticed that the normal code for controlling the Black Knight could be found by taking the easy code and subtracting CCC0 from it. This also worked for the make Black Knight enemy code as well. Does this work to convert all Easy codes to Normal codes?
Thanks guys. I look forward to hacking with you soon!
Thanks!
I'll test that CCC0 thing and let you know how it goes.
sorens blessed item code ended up going to oscar is there a reason or does every game react differently to it?
So is there any way possible for me to get sephiran, black knight, Dhesignia and ashera on my team with ocarina only? Im confused how to do it if i can. Since i cant change a code in the middle of playing thus not allowing me to kill the people while they are enemies and changing them into player controlled units right after they die.
Maybe if someone can get the button codes working....... but that's really not my field.
Quote from: fire_captin0391;9645sorens blessed item code ended up going to oscar is there a reason or does every game react differently to it?
Could be your game's difficulty or screen ratio... aside from that, no, theorically the character's adresses don't move around. And besides, they stay in the same order. (yeah, there's a fix order even if it's dumbly made (Nolan 1st adress, wtf ?))
Quote from: ShadowX39;9473Sorry for the double post, here's the text files..the rest of the codes left out are in the first post of the thread.
the txt file is not compiled correctly for the ocarina cheat code manager. just to let you know.
Im pretty sure i figured out a way to get the good bosses with ocarina. Its kinda complicated but it worked for sephiran but there are some bad side affects which i dont understand why they happened. First of all it erases all your people except michaih and ike. Well the way i did it it made them dissapear.
Quote from: ShadowX39;9840Well personally, I only put those text files here for fellow hackers who want to hack the game as well and do tests of their own.
I'm sorry though! I didn't know something like Ocarina existed until GHT mentioned it and described it to me. I'm at a loss here at what this code manager is..sorry! I'll go read about Ocarina next time I log on, I've been busy a bit so I haven't been hacking RD for a while..I will soon! I can assume from what I know about Ocarina is that it's like an action replay. I didn't know I had to know what Ocarina was like if I didn't need it, but if I'm going to be posting codes I guess I do. Heck, it even says WiiRd & Ocarina in this forum title, so it'll be the first thing I take a look at next time I log on..promise!
Again, sorry for my ignorance here.
oh i thought you specifically compiled it for the ocarina code manager :mad: oh well if it was just for reference. like a post on the forums then its fine. its not that hard to just open it up regularly in notepad.

i think you should try SSBB's first since *sometimes* button activators work for multiple games 0.o ... or just ask... FMK wont bite.
@ShadowX39 :
erm. This code is insanely long...
You wanna write 0x8066B830, starting at 0x80884E04, and then increase the address by 0x3F0. And write a total of 254 times.
That should be this code :
CST4: Serial Code
08______ XXXXXXXX : 32bits serial code (ba) 2NNNZZZZ VVVVVVVV Writes NNN+1 words (XXXXXXXX) at ba+address, then makes XXXX+=VVVVVVVV, address+=ZZZZ
which gives, in your case,
08884E04 8066B830
20FD03F0 00000000
Doesn't it look better ?
LOL, is this...
08884E04 8066B830
20FD03F0 00000000
...our new code
LOL talk about revamp

no you cannot use wiiRD without usbgecko. at least as far as i know ... it always says it must be plugged in to work so unless you're using the other version or whatever it's called 0.o its late and i haven't slept in days :mad:
Well, I'm gonna look and see if the Brawl button activators work anyway. Can you make a code that turns the units back to normal plz? Like, the green ones return to green circle and enemies become red again.

If you add the line CC000000 00000000 under your button activator you can use the same one again to set it back to normal. CC000000 00000000 is the standard "press same button to turn off code" and works for any game.
I have sephiran and izuka on my team with out the button activators for ocarina cheat system. im gonna get ashera and Dheginsea next.
Yes Timotty, please
to Hetonan, do I put that under the entire code or just under the button activator line?
O and I tried giving the Rewarp staf to Ike in SLot 4 and my game froze!!! WHY? Ike had Ragtnell in slot 1, concotion in slot 2 and a scroll in slot 3, so i figured that I could load Rewrp in the next slot. If it has something to do with which level i'm on, I'm on 4-E-4
???
I'm confused. What are the button codes for smash bros? and do I have to put that
CC000000 00000000 code in for each line of the code if I want to use two buttons to activate it?

Ahh help! I just tried a code for the first time and nothing works!
I got this game at launch! Does that have anything to do with it?
I started a new game on easy and put in the code for everyone to have max exp but it didn't work!

you need to activate it during a cut scene and then it will work. its easier to do with USBGecko since i dont think anyones found button activators for this game...
Oh. Ok thanks.
I was really worried as the launch copies have this error where you can't upload easy data from path of radiance. in latter copies this was fixed, but I thought maybe the code would be different.
Thanks again. Now I really can't wait for those button codes!
On a side note
(GHT) Did the smash button codes work?
No the brawl buttons dun work. sad face. :(
Hey, Shad, what r FMK say?
(GHT) you only have Ocarina right? Do the codes work for you? cause I can't seem to get them working.
The Exp and item codes?
Well, It depends on difficulty and screen size. Make the screen 16:9. That was my ony real problem.
ok so what i did for sephiran is i warped to his level and activated the control sepiran, the control dhesignea code, and the control the black knight code since the sephiran code by itself only mades you control some random spirit. So while staying at the base, i check to see if he is on my team which he is. so then i warp to a different chapter. they will be on your team. now for izuka i had to warp to his level and use the control everyone code. so then i warped to the dragon chapter in part 4 and kept replaying the chapter to kill off all of the army of stupid laguz that joined me. So now i am trying to get ashera with this method. im stuck though because for some reason i cant warp to a different chapter! So since i used the control everyone code and saved, i cant beat the level! im so angry. is there a make everyone enemy controlled or would that make my team also enemies??
o_O THat sounds...rough.
I think I'll just wait for Shad to post some button activators.
Yeah it was kinda tough but worth it! Izuka is amazing! also is there any trick to getting the item creation codes to work? i cant get them to work properly.
Very angry face. That sounds awesome how you have Izuka and all. If you only have problems with getting Ashera, I simply won't get her I geuss. Can you please post a simplified explanation of what you did. I didnt quite understand. Tell me if I'm wrong. You started a level with the control units code and the ones you activated appeared at base? Man, the only one I want is Zelgius. He is the ONLY character I am interested in. But Izuka would be awesome to have.
But for the item creation code, this may be your problem. You must swap items. You can't make an Item in a new slot. Sacrifice is the only option.
I really hope Shadow finds out button activators for that CONTROL EVERY UNIT code.
Im having problems with the brom and nepheene 99 EXP code. im on normal mode and it dosent work any solutions?
(GHT), no what i did was use the control whatever units code and they will be on your team BEFORE you start the level. then i saved and warped to a different chapter. they will be on your team and you can now use them. also getting zelgius i think is not possible for ocarina users. the code says that you have to keep changing the code for different parts of the chapter he is in so it might not be possible since we cant use codes in the middle of playing.
Quote from: twoacross;10562Im having problems with the brom and nepheene 99 EXP code. im on normal mode and it dosent work any solutions?
Have you tried changing your screen ratio from 4:3 to 16:9 or the other way around ? Because Brom and Nephenee's EXP codes on first page are designed for normal difficulty. So they should work if your screen ratio is the same as the code's finder.
Does anyone know how to use the item creation codes on ocarina??
Hi, i'm really confuse about these whole codes since they change depend on difficult setting. I clear the game in normal mode and in on second playthrough. I found that only Money and Bonus EXp worked sofar. I try to sutracting CCC0 from easy codes but didn't have any luck. Hopefully, Some one will find out the way to convert easy code to normal code or Shadow will make more normal code.
Beside, i wonder if the address change even on second playthrough, third paythrough..ect. If that so it will be pain in the @ss
Thanks Shadow for your hard work, i appreciate it. Keep going
I'm playing normal mode on 2nd playthrough. 99exp not work for me. After i mess with my sd and my wii for a while, now 99exp don't even work in easy mode, control every one also not work but chapter warp work like a charm. Item creation don't work in both easy and normal while bonus exp and money alway work in every mode. WTH? i am going to crazy now.
I set screen raito at 16:9, use HDTV 480p, and turn on Screen Burn-in Redution. Really don't know whats going on.
Oh I forgot about the screen thing. Lol I'm so dumb.
Now, shad, the control every unit code doesnt work for button combo? Surprised face! Why not? And for the button combo code 803D78A8, whats the 0000---- that goes there for the corresponding buttons?
Thx a lot.
ahh k I remember the first time I turned on the control all units code in PoR and i thought that it was possible to trade an item from that boss sage to Soren XD. i was confused why it didn't work.
Well, can you release button codes for the bosses? like Izuka, Dheginsea, you know the always-wanted-in-normal mode-ones.
When you're ready of course. :3

hey, guys I've looked in the forums and couldn't find the answer.
Does Ocarina work with the Gecko Freeloader? (They're both Homebrew Channel Apps) I imported a japanese game called Captain Rainbow and Ocarina codes look great. Is there a way to make them work together?
Yep, the new geckoOS includes Ocarina in its functions (you can activate/deactivate it in the options) so, go ahead ;).

Oh sorry I didn't see that. Hmmm..... You know I can't seem to get any codes working either. Did you pick up your game at launch? because the launch version was recalled due to a save file error. The codes may only work for the v1.1
It also could be that it only runs in wide screen. Even though you said that you tried that the wide screen settings on a Japanese Wii may be different somehow.
And........ That's all I got.

Im not requesting anything im just wondering if there are any.
I know, that wasn't a request.

Yeah something like that.:)
Actually I kinda found that the addresses for the codes are kinda funky.
instead of ending the value like 00000063
it should be 63000000
The 2nd set of zeroes will affect if the weapon/item is blessed or not.
*really handy for stat boost items*
Lance or sword marshalls to black knight.

Every button activator address is different on every game.
Take a look at this page http://www.usbgecko.com/forums/showthread.php?t=53 it lists all the button values.
I think you hold the button down on the wii remote and then search for those values to get the right address.
btw, people mentioned the Max stats codes..I've looked thru all pages but I don't see any. Can someone post them?
@g6flavor: As far as i known, you can max your status by using items quantity modify code

Umh... You meant this quantity address is for items quantity modify code, right? for example Sothe's 99 items slot 1 will be 808895B0 63000000 instead of 808895B0 00000063.
If I could make a quick request, can anyone make item slot codes for Laura for normal. I want to give her Rewarp.
If I remember correctly, you're using the 16:9 screen ratio, right ? Then here goes :
Laura's 1st slot quantity is 99
008852C0 00000063
Laura's 2nd slot quantity is 99
008852E8 00000063
Laura's 1st slot item is Rewarp
028852BE 0000A170
Laura's 2nd slot item is Rewarp
028852E6 0000A170
Hope I didn't make a mistake. Watch it, it can't be given and I don't think it can be sold either.
I know, I would be giving Rewarp to Ike and I couldn't give it to Laura. Thanks a lot, Neo.
Quote from: ShadowX39;11569Yeah, I've already asked someone and got that answer a while ago. But, button activators for the code requested wouldn't do anything.
I think it would still be nice to have the button activator address code, it's not for the codes requested. I mean like for people who doesn't want to always have the Exp 99 ON. They can activate and deactivate it at anytime or if there's a Health code then you could push a Button to Recover HP or something like that. It's much more helpful with a button activator.
Can I make a request for a code to make the main characters promote at 21 or with a master seal like normal? In Radiant Dawn it involved removing (or altering) a hidden skill.
Thanks!

Yeah. Well at least for mine anyway. The first two zeros will modify the total quantity. When I put the 63 at the last two zeroes, it didn't work for me.
Anyway, if you alter the 2nd set of zeroes with a value like 10 for example, it will actually bless the item and give it infinite uses. If you go higher than 14 I think it bless/locks the item so you can't sell/discard it.
Anyway... I need some help trying to figure out the Item creator code.
I was trying to put an item into Sothe's 1st slot in Easy 16:9 mode, but I don't really seem to be able to get any results still.
Since this is the Sothe Slot 1 here...
0288A17E 0000XXXX
I don't seem to be able to put anything in it. Any ideas?
Actually I get it now... I have to use those as actual 'codes'.
My Sothe item modifier is only usable if you use WiiRD gui and you poke the values.
Although my game seems to freeze/crash when I try to make items from the WiiRD... any ideas?

I was trying to put an item into Sothe's 1st slot in Easy 16:9 mode, but I don't really seem to be able to get any results still.
Since this is the Sothe Slot 1 here...
0288A17E 0000XXXX
I don't seem to be able to put anything in it. Any ideas?
Actually I get it now... I have to use those as actual 'codes'.
My Sothe item modifier is only usable if you use WiiRD gui and you poke the values.
Although my game seems to freeze/crash when I try to make items from the WiiRD... any ideas?
Thanks for the tip. I will try when i back home since both items quantity and items creation don't work for me
Does Anybody here confirm items creation work on Ocarina?
@Shad : The item creation codes DID work for me via Ocarina on the PAL version. I don't think it would differ for the NTSC version anyway so I guess the many freezing problem come either from too many codes, too old a version of Ocarina or wrong code entry. Also, everyone who's trying to use the "Sothe" item creation should re-check it since it's quite clear now that it actually applies the modifications on Volug not Sothe.
Why not activators for specific characters? It doesn't have to be "control anyone." You could just do bosses like Sephiran and Izuka. Maybe it'll be possible to do non-important bosses now, like Veyona the Druid boss.
Ive managed to get ashera, izuka and sephiran now with ocarina cheat system. I cant seem to get the item creation codes to work though. i want to give ashera movement and max out every one's stats!
Actually I did some fiddling around with Am's Item Creation Code. It works for me, but I need to use WiiRD and GeckoOS to run it.
1. Attempting to make an item with nothing in your inventory will crash the game.
2. Items that have hex values that have quite a large gap from each other will crash the game.
i.e. Making a bronze sword into Speedwing = bad idea.
3. Safest way to make this work is kinda like 'equal exchange'. You want a silver sword, but you have an iron one? Fine, no problem. You can change an iron sword into silver without a hitch. Don't change it into an axe or book though.
4. So as long as you have items of the same kind, you can change them into the same kind.
Which is why I bought a bunch of herbs/vulneraries and changed them into the stat boosters.
All i used for item creation was the elfire, elthunder, elwind and elight magic tomes for the item sacrifice. They worked for eveything i created. I used ocarina.
@Arudo : That's some weird findings :/ Really, it never ever happened to me and I use both Ocarina and WiiRD (depends if I want to be on the computer or not at the same time)... I'm curious though as to how the game can act that way... ô_o
I changed Ike's Ragnell into a Rewrp staff once LOL. There was no problem (excpet that I couldn't trade it so Ike could only use the Urvan XD)
So the button combo thing is out?
OK
I think he meant the Button Activator address code has been posted?

I'm not too sure myself, but it was fairly picky with which item was in the slot at the time... so I had to make sure they were within the hex ranges. I know some items are able to become others... like some swords to lances to axes or something, but others I think if the hex difference was too large, would crash the game.
Also I tried it with no items in slot 1 and that would crash as well.
Also I used the Sothe item creation code for NTSC and it still applied to Sothe... strange huh?
Anyway, I would like some help regarding how to find the values for character item slots... that way I can play on 4:3 screen or the other difficulties and still be able to hack it. Thanks.
an All Items x99 in Convoy would be nice, and should be easy to make.
And could someone convert these (J) code to the (U) version?

See the difference? The second pic is me adding Miracle to Ike, before that skill is Nihil, then Aether, and Shove with the 83C at the end. This code's not that hard to understand after a few tests, you can see how Ike's status code is up there too, the one that makes him an enemy or player-controlled, 6C is being at the base. You can find the values for skills by looking at Sephiran's or whoever's skill's addresses(how I found Mantle's) and put it in Ike's skill address. You can see how there's more skills Ike has that you aren't able to see..I'm guessing these are for wielding Ragnell, etc. Still lots of tests to do! *breath* ;)

Quote from: Arudo;12124Anyway, I would like some help regarding how to find the values for character item slots... that way I can play on 4:3 screen or the other difficulties and still be able to hack it. Thanks.
Okay, this may sound a bit technical... These calculations were made using Ocarina alone. (hence why they start with 02 or 04 instead of 00 (because they're 16 and 32 bits codes))
A character's item slot 1 is located 20000BF away from this character's EXP adress (I'll give examples later) for the US 16:9 version. I don't know about the 4:3 but I guess it's the same. If not, try 40000BD away (that's the PAL-EU version in 4:3)
A character's item QUANTITY slot 1 is located C1 away from this character's EXP adress whatever the version (from what I've noticed so far)
Both item modifier slots and item quantity slots are separated by 28 (hex) from each other.
Here's an example :
Ike's US 16:9 EXP adress for normal difficulty (I think... it doesn't matter !) (for ocarina (=code))
0088A4AF
Say you look for Ike's slot 1 quantity modifier, you take 0088A4AF + C1 = 0088A570. Which means that if you want to have, say, 99 of Ike's first slot item (an Iron sword, whatever), you should enter the following code for Ocarina :
0088A570 00000063
Clear so far ? Right, now you want to transform that crappy Iron Sword into, I don't know, a seraph robe, you should take Ike's EXP adress and add the value I said earlier : 0088A4AF + 20000BF = 0288A56E
Therefore, the code for Ocarina would be :
0288A56E 0000A3A0
And there you go, Ike's got Seraph Robe in item slot 1. Don't forget to set a quantity as well to avoid any bug.
Now that you've got these two adresses, finding the other slots is fairly easy. Just take the adress and add 28 to it :
Ike's item slot 2 modifier
0288A56E + 28 = 0288A596
Ike's item quantity slot 2 modifier
0088A570 + 28 = 0088A598
And so on. I hope you got it.
By the way, I've been meaning to give you guys this for some time so now that I have it opened next to me, here goes :
CHARACTER'S EXP ADRESS LISTING FOR THE NTSC 16:9 (US) VERSION
*Note : 13(14 ?) adresses untested. Presumed being Janaff, Ulki, Sigrun, Tanith, Skrimir, Tibarn, Naesala, Sanaki, (Pelleas), Stefan, Oliver, Bastian and Volke (and Black Knight). Order unknown. See how the order is screwed ? Well it can't be helped... But at least it is not altered by the difficulty, only where the whole list starts and ends.
Well for the status, as far as my testing go, the adress is located either 11 or 12 away from the EXP adress, depending on the status :
[CREDITS TO WHOEVER FOUND THESE, can't remember who but I don't remember finding them myself so...]
-11-
00 = Stone - 1 Turn(Or Normal, Depending on your condition)
01 = Sleep - 2 Turns
02 = Sleep - 4 Turns
03 = Sleep - 6 Turns
04 = Shock - 1 Turn
08 = Shock - 2 Turns
0C = Shock - 3 Turns
10 = Shock - 4 Turns
14 = Shock - 5 Turns
18 = Shock - 6 Turns
1C = Shock - 7 Turns
20 = Poison - 1 Turn
40 = Poison - 2 Turns
60 = Poison - 3 Turns
80 = Poison - 4 Turns
A0 = Poison - 5 Turns
C0 = Poison - 6 Turns
E0 = Poison - 7 Turns
-12-
00 = Normal
01 = Stone - 1 Turn
02 = Paralyze - 1 Turn
04 = Paralyze - 2 Turns
06 = Paralyze - 3 Turns
08 = Paralyze - 4 Turns
0A = Paralyze - 5 Turns
0C = Paralyze - 6 Turns
0E = Paralyze - 7 Turns
10 = Silence - 1 Turn
20 = Silence - 2 Turns
30 = Silence - 3 Turns
40 = Silence - 4 Turns
50 = Silence - 5 Turns
60 = Silence - 6 Turns
70 = Silence - 7 Turns
Also, I found that 10 away from the EXP adress lies the place where you tell the game if a character has already played or not this turn. 00 = Haven't played, 01 = Have played.
Hmm... well basically I'm using the WiiRD to search for addresses, and I understand some of the basics of it. Since the Exp values are 16/32 bit, I'd set that... and search like... 0, attack somebody, gain 10 exp and then search 10 right? Then once I've figured that out, I should be able to add the offsets to the other slots in order to alter values... correct?
How do you use the skill codes??
@ShadowX39, no one post the Button Activator address yet. We're still waiting for you to post it, like you said in page 13
http://www.usbgecko.com/forums/showpost.php?p=11726&postcount=258
Hope it'll get release soon. It also really saves alot of trouble going to the pc everytime when you want to use certain or different codes.

Yes, you got the basic of it. Except that the EXP in Fire Emblem is an 8 bit value (with 64 as a maximum value (=100)). I know this isn't the place for a little hacking class but here goes :
Always avoid to search for "0" as a value. If you really want to do it, you could just hit "search for unknown value" for WiiRD to start looking at the entire game code... Luckily in FE, the on-screen value is equal to the hex value you should look for. Say you start with 1 exp, you can enter "specific value search", type 1 and search. Once you have set the value to 10, in game, search for this new value (never forget to CONVERT this value to Hexadecimal (10 = 0A) and so on...
On a personnal note : Games like Fire Emblem are a very good start to game hacking since decrypting them is quite "easy". If you ask me, it is even fun (really) to discover stuff and test them. Kind of looking at the game from the inside. Try it and have fun ;). And don't forget to share !
Oh. No wonder why I couldn't find anything. I didn't use the 8 bit value... and yeah, I think I might have searched zero. Yeah, I kinda understood the convert to hex part since I managed to alter money values in other games.
I originally tried my hand at hacking DS games with Cheatengine in order to create codes that didn't exist yet, but I've kinda given up because I never understood how to create 'original' ARDS codes since you require the offset to the AR...
But yeah, I'll try to find the exp and slot address/values for the other difficulties and modes... once I have some more free time. It's school time for me now.
Update: Finally, i have a chance to test all the codes on NTSC-US Wii. Yes, they work..YAyyy!! So far I have tested the following codes and they all worked on Ocarina
99Exp
Item quantity
Item Modify
Bless Item
QuoteOkay, this may sound a bit technical... These calculations were made using Ocarina alone. (hence why they start with 02 or 04 instead of 00 (because they're 16 and 32 bits codes))

Thanks for the tip Neo Shadow. To summarize, i use 99 exp codes found by Am3692 in the first page to find other addresses
From Exp address + C1 --> Item Quantity + 1FFFFFE --> Item Creation + 2 ---> Bless Item
Here example:
I have Edward 99EXP: 0088717F 00000063
0088717F + C1 = 0887240 <--- This is Edward slot 1 Item quantity (just like Neo Shadow)
Now i want Edward's 99 item quantity in slot 1: 0887240 000000063
0887240 + 1FFFFE = 0288723E
So Edward Slot 1 Item Modify will be: 0288723E 0000XXXX
Ok, now if you want Edward Bless Item in slot 1 just plus 2 to Item modify address
0288723E + 2 = 02887240 ==> We have Edward Bless Item slot 1:
02887240 00002710 (Thanks to Shadowx39 for Bless value 2710)
For every part, i just need one or two characters to boost up my team.
Noted: I test all the codes on 16:9 screen raito, Normal mode. Correct me if i wrong.
Thanks
Thats awesome thanks so much!
Yup, you got it right dqstf, nice ;). And thanks very much Shad, the removal of non-promote skill code is awesome !
*SIGH*
I was kidding jeez. I'm not rushing you to post button comboes. Enjoy your discovery. I got a Japanese game called Captain Rainbow last week. That's why I've been fairly inactive
But, button comboes would be cool lol.
But I am not rushing you.
Button combo is the best and a must have for using certain cheats at the right time preventing any crash.
Nothing new on weekends???
well, you don't need to post codes with button activators already in them.
Why not just post the code for IE the gamceube controller in slot 1
so you could put something like 2B457C09 which corresponds for Gamecube controller in slot 1 then post the buttons and their corresponding code. then we could just add them to the code and make it oursleves just like Brawl.
Nothing new, Shad?
Well, it dun matter to meh. Im bot gonna be on my wii til thiursday
Try this to see if it works
Chapter 4 Normal Mode
All Bosses have 1 HP
00888544 00000001
That means 1 hit Kill.
ummm... I just noticed something while testing codes...
Soren: Slot 1: 0288AD4E
Nephenee: Slot 1: 0288DCE - doesn't this one seem too short? it's missing either an 8 or an A... dunno since they don't work... maybe because of the screen setting. Anyhow, I tried adding that one and Ocarina kept telling me error in code...
I thought that someone might have already noticed and somehow fixed it... guess not, I went trought the pages and nothing... althought I found some interesting codes.
Thanks by the way.
that would be great man!
I don't have the usb gecko, I live in México and I have tried without much success to find it... thanks!
The codes work now that I changed the screen setting but now... If I try to use the weapon creation codes, the game freezes... guess it's because I used 4 on Ike to get the brave weapons... if it has to be one by one, it'll be a bother... having to turn off the wii or returning to menu and restart... -.-" ... or does he have to have no weapon equiped for it to work? ... also, does it have to be a weapon what it's changed to get something else? or it can be any item?
and the game also freezes whenever I leave the blessed item code on, turned out to be shinnon who got the effects and not Soren... at all.
That's why, it's better to have some codes Button Activated to prevent the game from Freezing when the code's always active, and no need to go back and forth between PC and Wii.
yeah... I was about to request codes like those... button activated... that way they wouldn't freeze the game so often... still... I don't have a GC controller... I just got the Wii a couple of days ago... if it's easier... why not share a game in the first episodes of each 3 parts with lot's of brave, ss weapons and some stat boosting items? that would also save some trouble...
ShadowX39, thanks for the codes.
Could you do the Button Activator code address next? It should be much more easy to make than other codes and it would probably take only couple mins to make it. TIA!
on the contrary. it takes FOREVER to make button activators. it takes like 15 mins per button >_<
15mins per button? What are you talking about? You just need to find an address.
exactly because it's an address that you DO NOT know it's because it takes forever! And even still 15 mins per button is a good time...
I know since I hacked some cheats for some psp games, I never sent them though, since no one seemed to want them and they were not exactly grateful for my effort. I was banned in one forum for complaining about some non working cheats... one of the games was Harvest moon: boy and girl... anyways, the point of this post is to make clear that, even though we all want the button activator cheats, we HAVE to wait and be grateful.
What 15mins per button are you guys talking about...as far as I know, the button address will work on all button combinations, so what's with this 15mins per button thing? I must be missing something...
if it was that easy, don't you think they would go right away at it?
button presses in game change some things, that's one address that changes, menus appearing, disappearing, changing a character, etcs. All of those change memories, and, without knowing the address... figuring it out kind of takes time...
And besides, if it's that easy, go get it yourself. And you're sooooo right, it should only take a couple of minutes !
- NO CODE REQUESTS IN THESE THREADS, THANK YOU - (at least not asked like that. Shad's not a slave, sheesh -__-)
leaving all that stuff about correct ways to request cheats...
I have a few questions regarding the skills in a char, if someone has tested them... can they be activated in a slot were a char doesn't have a skill? or it has to be on a slot with an active skill?
thanks

Yes, you can create skills in empty slots..on page 19, I say this on my first list of codes for Normal Mode.
However, it's pure good sense but better safe than sorry : Be sure that you add a skill to a slot directly next to an already existing skill, don't leave gap. If it works like the items, it may create the skill, move it up to fill the gap and create it again in the slot you activated the code for. The problem is that, even if it was no problem for the items (easy item duplication), it may crash the game with the skills (since I suppose characters aren't supposed to have the same skill twice). So, yeah, be careful.
of course I know about gaps and all that stuff... remember that I said that I hacked codes?
I was just wondering, because the item creator codes required items there, unless you wanted the game to hang... and, it seems that when a weapon is being blessed trought the codes, the chars are unable to equip it, freezing the game if you make them attack.
my second playtrought will be a lot easier now... THANKS!
Ok, I have a question about Skills and Weapon Mods.
For example, when you're playing as Ike and you equip him with the best skills and best Weapon SS.
But, when you fight against Ike (CPU), does those skills and weapon ss also applies to him making him almost impossible to defeat?
And did anyone test this code?

...can I request normal skills creation codes?
That's why I said many times....a Button Activator code is needed.
It would make codes more safe from freezing.
nvm.... normal skills aren't there yet... sort of wanted them... cuz giving mantle to every unti WILL make that unit invincible. Not even Ashera could damage that unit....
anyways... i tried the... "powersave" on this game... and... man it sucks... lvl 99? WTF!?... they can't change classes at all... plus Leonardo is dead. -.-" I can't believe how bad it is.
.... wait a second.... you mean to tell me that skill codes aren't added like items? with the 4 x 0 at the start?!.... crap... -.-"
... I sort of wanted to create "normal" skills, like Dragon foe, beast foe, Daunt, renewal....
guess I'd best re read these posts....
Try this Button Activator code and see if it works which took less 2mins to find.

button values are different for each game and you have to search for each button, so no it's not less than 2 minutes
ummm... I wanted to know few things...
are you going to play on hard now?... I plan on doing so... but someone erased my perfect game save of the FE of game cube... -insert sigh here-
if you do, would you please tell which codes work? or how to change them? I can do the Hex editing by myself.
the second one... um... could you please send me the button activators trought pm? please? I promise not to post them anywhere... unless you want that of course....or if that's not possible... an explanation would suffice. Thanks.
Don't worry Shad, there ARE people appreciative of your work and efforts ;) (even though those people may already have your codes since... well, they hacked them themselves) because it's like a community spirit, you know : We do the same things the same way and stuff. Except that you had the idea of hacking more things than what I had in mind ! :D. So anyway, don't get all dragged down by the eternal requests and keep doing what you like huh ;).
By the way, what Hetoan just said about the button codes being different for every game, he already said it pages ago so READ ALL THE FRIGGING THREAD before asking nooby questions or making nooby "I know it all" remarks.
I have no idea what's the flame over me posting the Button Activator Code. I just received the USBGecko yesterday and make the code in less than 2 mins. You think that, I made up that bogus code , do you?
All you have to do is hold down a Button on the WiiRemote and search for the Value, then do it again with a different button and then test all the buttons on the first address you found. Tested and then share the code with people and you called that a Jerk???
And even if one of your character got killed in battle might also give away to stats to an enemy, like the 1 Hit Kill (1 HP) code Normal Mode on Chapter 4 Bosses (Dhegnesia, Sephiran, and Ashera) worked for me but didn't work for ShadowX39. That's the way it happens on most SLG games.

Assuming there are total 60 characters. Anyone know whats the exact number of characters you coul dp lay as?
Also, would like to make a note that the Button Activator address I posted is for the WiiRemote and the one ShadowX39 posted is for the GameCube Controller, that's why both address are different.
I'm on part 4 and the 99 items on convoy works... maybe once I restart and reach the part in which I can access the convoy again I'll check... this far on part 4 it works
I tested too. It works on all 4 Parts..and the Convoy Item mod Starting Address is the same on all 4 parts.
then, it would be slightly better than modifying a char item then....
less codes activated less chances the game would freeze... now it would be good to find if there's a way to make a weapon in convoy blessed... or to have the blessing bonuses the weapons give on easy...
just ideas... not pushing or telling anyone what to do, okay?
also... would be good to update the codes on the first page... I lost track of some codes...
Only the thread creator or a mod could do that but you're right.
As for the blessed items in convoy ? I can't see why not since I think they can be moved around and stuff.
Based on ShadowX39 's list (total 270 items) on page 22
Have All Items in Convoy and Skills

Wow that code is amazing!!! I love seeing the dummy items and the weird versions of Judge. Also Rewarp for everyone!!
Any chance that you could make a code that also blesses all items in the convoy, as well?
I believe blessed are not Items, it's just regular Items with Infinite Usage. You could try this:

Hello, I'm an amateur at this sort of thing, but I tried to find the easiest way to find the values for blessing items, weapon creation, etc. I based these values from the code attachment that ShadowX39 provided. I figured the lowest possible value for each character, then what you add to that value to get a specific code. If a senior coder wants to check the values, I would greatly appreciate it.
Base values, characters are separated by intervals of 3F0 for their values. However, there are some skipped values.

For instance, take Volug's base value (00000BD0 00000000) and add it to 02884ED0 00002710 (Blessed item slot 1) to get:
02885AA0 00002710
This makes it so that Volug's equipped Fang becomes blessed.

Oh, but are Lekain, Izuka, Hetzel, etc. found somewhere in there, or are they past Tibarn's value?
Also, I have another question. If you get Nasir, Gareth, Dheginsea, Sephiran, or any of those characters found in the final chapter early in the game, then go to the final and NOT take them with you into the tower, will they count as being with you? And if they don't count, will the same characters have the same stats they had when you left them when you encounter them?
In other words, if I were to obtain Sephiran then cap his stats in chapter 3-7 or something, then not take him into the tower, will the one I fight in 4-F-4 and the one that joins you in 4-F-5 have the same stats as the one I had raised?
Oh, so because you're keeping a character whose value would get replaced by the game when you finished the level, the game has to keep the value and bump everyone up a notch? If that's the case, then I guess you would just add 3F0 to each value for every character after the one you recruited?
So with Dheginsea and Sephiran, as long as I leave them behind and don't take them with me into the final, the ones fought in the final will be the same ones? And if I do take them into the final, the game will make the ones fought have normal stats, not maxed?
Sorry if this is annoying, I'm just trying to think of the best way to have a maxed Sephiran before the final.

Yep, you got it.
Thanks Shadow, sorry if it was bothersome. I'm probably going to try to figure every value for bosses and who they might overlap. (of course without recruiting other bosses, as that changes the value). Do you know any by any chance?
Hey I'm back!
Can somebody recommend some codes that you find particularly fun? I'm having some problems getting the codes to work with ocarina, and want to create a High Quality list (Not that there are any low quality codes here, I'm just trying to conserve).
Thanks! :cool:
Well, I made a discovery. Apparently, Laguz items (fangs, claws, breath, etc.) don't get blessed quite the same way as normal weapons. My game felt like pointing this out to me by freezing whenever Volug attacks something with a blessed (using the code from here)fang. I wish I knew how to find values for things such as these. :(
Oh. Jeez, you know just about everything regarding Radiant Dawn codes, don't you Shadow? It's very impressive.
EDIT: Holy Crap on your Edit!
Are those in Player Controlled format?
Quote from: ShadowX39 on October 10, 2008, 03:00:11 PM
I didn't know anything at around page 3, but I kinda know how the game works it's memory now. :)
It probably has to do with being a fan of the series too, helps me understand why some stuff don't work, etc.
So I take it you played/hacked Path of Radiance as well. Fire Emblem is probably my second favorite video game series, after Metroid (really strange combination, huh?).
EDIT: a Cap on Characters? That's new, Path of Radiance, as far as remember, would allow any number of characters to join you, the game would just experience incredible lag. You happen to know the character limit amount?
Also, did not know Ashera had SS in all magic.
Also, I wonder why the game puts Pain and Agony's values so far apart, when they appear as the bosses of the same stage.
Hmmm. Hello everyone. I am Xyraphius, new to this forum as of right now. I've been following this thread for the past couple of days, and I'm very interested in many of the results that have been produced. Great job to all of you involved with this and thank you for the codes!
Concerning the Level Warp code, and the Make all Enemy Units Player-Controlled cheats, I haven't had much luck getting either of them to work with Ocarina, though I noticed (GHT) and timotty both got these codes to work using it. Whenever I load my game up(After making a copy of it for safety) the music plays from Chapter 3-8, which is the chapter I'm trying to warp to in order to recruit a druid from there. However, I'm still stuck on 4-E-2 with the Black Knight. Is it the chapter I'm on that's preventing this cheat from working? Also, I noticed a glitch happened when I used the Make all Enemy Units Player-Controlled cheat. I played the chapter through normally without cheats, until the Black Knight was the only one left. I Battle Saved, booted the game up with cheats, and tried to see if he would join. No dice. I also had the Chapter warp cheat on, since instruction was to turn it on before beating the chapter. I proceeded to finish the Black Knight off. No dice on that either... He never became an ally and he would die, but then just get right back up with 1 HP. :confused: I tried using the Make all Enemy Units Player-Controlled code on other saves/chapters I had, and I never got it to work. Hmmm. Perhaps I should just invest in a USBGecko to make life easy for me. Haha.
I know we are not allowed to post code requests or post troubleshooting issues, but could anyone please assist me with this, or tell me what I am doing wrong? I'm beginning to think that the problem is that I'm on 4-E-2, since the only way to beat the chapter is to kill the Black Knight. I think I will try to boot up a brand new game, see if I can warp from that, and see what happens. *Edit* The warp cheat worked when I beat Chapter 1 with Micaiah's team... But when I warped to chapter 3-8, I had no usable units, and the game froze, like it did when I tested it before on a save that was 3-12... *End Edit* Thanks for reading and any assistance.

Alright, I found the problem. 1.) I was using the wrong screen setting (Long story short, I had been playing the Wii at a friend's last week and set the Screen setting to normal, and I forgot to change it back when I got home.)
Everyone player controlled works.
Going to check if the chapter warp cheat works now. Thanks, and sorry for my forgetfulness causing me problems. Haha.
Also, are there button activators for the code? If so, I didn't see them.
Aha. I see. Once again, thank you very much for everything. I really appreciate it.
*Edit* Alright, I'm having trouble with the Warp Cheat... I still haven't gotten it to work correctly. We are supposed to use it before the end of a chapter, correct? I've done so, but I always get to Chapter 3-8 with no characters and the infinite enemy phase thing. I'm so close to getting my Druid... O.o;

When the game's telling you to save the game after you've cleared a chapter, activate the chapter you want to go to right there.
Alright. Again, thank you very much. I shall try this.
*Edit* Haha! It worked! I'm on chapter 3-8 with everything intact now! Yes! Thank you so much!

04887354 014B0000
i tried this code using the usb gecko 1.07. it is working, but how come the weapon level is only A not SS
Are you playing on Normal Mode at 16:9 ratio?
yes i play on normal difficulty with 16:9 screen. i tried another code like the skill modifier codes, exp. they all work fine.
however for the sword level code, it always remain A not SS
i used the cheat on the chapter 1 using the gecko OS 1.07b that has ocarina to run the cheat. i test both Edward and Nolan SS sword code.
can anyone help me for this issue?
just want to add
when i observed the weapon level after i applied the sword level cheat, even i hit the enemy, the green bar behind the sword weapon
rank does not increase and remain empty with level A.
after that i saved my game and reboot
however, this situation still exist even i try to load my save game without using the cheat.
D'oh! Why didn't I think of it before! Nolan and Edward can't have a SS in their weapon rank. Their both first tier units, so by giving them max exp (which is what the code does) you made them have their max weapon rank, which is A for both. Sothe on the other hand can have a S in stead of an A because he is a second tier.
Hey do we have any other button codes?
All I've got is:
0000B400 for L
000000B4 for R
or obviously
0000B4B4 for L&R.
Do we know any addresses for other buttons?
Thanks for all the codes by the way!
Keep em' coming! :D
All the button values are here:

Hey thanks!
Can you tell me: are these codes for normal mode because I can't get them to work
Remove Micaiah's non-promote skill
04886DE4 00000000
Remove Micaiah's non-promote skill again
04886DEC 00000000
Remove Sothe's non-promote skill
0488A104 00000000
Remove Ike's non-promote skill
0488A4F4 00000000
thanks again for the button codes
Edit:
I can't get those button codes to work and now I'm confused:
In the codes I have r and l are both B4 put at differant locations in the code. That's not at all how the ones in the link work.
I'm a bit lost. Those Remove skill codes don't work for normal or easy modes.
Try check a few pages back on where those codes were posted on , but I think they should be for Normal Mode 16:9
I still can't get em to work.
Maybe it's because I had daunt assigned to Ike? But it still doesn't work when I remove daunt.
Anyone else successfully tested this code?
Maybe those codes are based on the getting all the characters in the game, if one of your character got killed or you missed 1 character, those address might changed. So, try an address b4 that character or after that character and see if it works.
I don't know where the B4 value for button came from, didn't see that value on the button values page. But try this value for L+R button on the GC Controller
R 0020
L 0040
so, L+R = 0040+0020 = value 00000060 (L+R on GC Controller)
Thanks for the tip I'll give it a try.
I wasn't very clear back there the 0000B400, 000000B4 and 0000B4B4
codes work, It's the others (from the link) that I can't seem to get working.
I'll check back in when I get done testing
edit:
I tried several codes both up and down with no luck.
I've got all the characters and have not missed any. I am on the chapter: the heart of crimea. In that chapter many other characters show up as guests. could that have anything to do with it?
Have you level your character up to lv20 yet? Gain 1 levelup after reaching level20, they'll change class.
I've tried that too. I lvl Ike up to 20 with Bexp and then I try to give him some more and it won't work. I've also tried getting him to lvl 19 with 99 exp and taking him into battle, still does not work. I tried assigning button codes to it (the ones I can get working) and still nothing. I've also tried assigning Ike some other skill but that didn't work either. I think it may be that all the characters from part 2 are in that chapter and they may be messing things up.
Any other suggestions?
And thanks again for the help.
Try use the codes without using any button activator, if you've already tried that and it didn't work then maybe ShadowX39 might be able to answer that since he's the one who made those codes.
Okay, I just tried this on Part3, Chapter 7
Remove Ike's non-promote skill
0488A4F4 00000000
and Ike Changes Class from Hero to Vanguard after level up from lv20, otherwise you won't gain any more exp points after reaching lv20, so the code does work.
@ShadowX39, I know that each button address for each game is different and for each game the Gamecube Controller and the Wii Remote button address are of course different.
The button address you posted early should work for all buttons on the GC Controller as I tested.
But, I still don't understand about the each button has it's own address kind of thing you guys are talking about.
Gamecube Controller All Buttons Address
283D78A8 0000xxxx
[put code(s) here]
E0000000 80008000
Wii Remote All Buttons Address
283D78DA 0000xxxx
[ put code(s) here]
E0000000 80008000
Couple codes I ported from the (J) version:
Level Up Stats + Mod
0406D324 386000xx
xx = 5 mean +5 on Stats, 9 means +9, etc...
Level up Stats Categories Mod
0006DA77 000000xx
xx= 1 to 8

Sorry for the late reply, but I'm here now..
The remove non-promote skill should work the second you get the character, the second Micaiah promotes to the next tier with the code, the second non-promote should work right there. As a test, could you try doing the make Micaiah an enemy by changing her player-controlled address at the end to 3C instead of 30? If it works, then I have no idea why it's not working. Try it with Ike also, these codes should all work for Normal 16:9.
Also g6flavor, those button addresses aren't going to work for the gamecube control. For some reason it has it's own button address for it, while the wii remote solo uses the normal ones.
Thanks it's ok, people work you too hard.
Anyway I found that none of the Ike modifiers work for me on any of my save files. but then I only have one save file in part 3 ch 10 and the rest are in part 4. I also discovered that all my Soren codes affect Boyd. What's up with that?
I've recruited everyone, lost no one, and have not used codes on this file before.
Could it be that there are a bunch of green units in the chapter that I'm on that I've had on my team before?
Such as Geoffry Lucia and Kieren?
Also how did you know that Boyd is three character spaces away from Soren? Is there a fixed increment that separates Character addresses? And that Exp list would be the guide as to which order there in.
If so then if I recruit an NPC they will occupy the next available slot and the character that would normally go ther ewill be moved one slot down.
Is this right?
I'm sorry I ask so many questions that have probably been answered before, but I'm having a really hard time wripping my head around the codes in this game.
Thanks for all the help

Check my base value post at the bottom of page 23, (most) characters are separated by a value of 3F0. So if you miss one character, the values all go down by 3F0, if you recruit a non-playable character, the values go up 3F0 (not sure on the last bit).
@TydoMaster, gamefaqs lists all the characters you could get normally in the game. If you have gotten all those characters then the codes should work.
http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/wii/code/932999.html (http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/wii/code/932999.html)
And double check youe Wii Resolution Setting in the Wii Menu and make sure that it's set to 16:9 not 4:3
After some testing (I think I've finally got this thing down) I found Ike's No promotion code at 0488A8E4. exactly 3C0 away from the original code. Weird huh?
Well at least now I've got a system of testing codes down. Hopefully I'll be good from here on out (don't quote me on it though ;))
Thanks to g6flavor ShadowX39 and Darker Samus for all the help.
By the way what was up with the button codes? I still don't understand a thing about how they work like: "Where are the addresses for B A and the other buttons?"
Well I guess I still have a ways to go, but at least my current problem is no more. :D
That should be 3F0 away for each character not 3C0. It could meant that you have missed 1 character or gain 1 extra character (using codes or Easy Mode), that's why the address is shifted.
And for the Button codes, there no need to look for address for B A buttons:
This address will work for all buttons on the GC Controller:
Gamecube Controller All Buttons Address
283D78A8 0000xxxx
[put code(s) here]
E0000000 80008000
Just replace xxxx with the Values from the Button Values page
ex. use 283D78A8 00000200 for B button on GC
One more code ported from the (J) version;
All Items in the Character's Inventory becomes 99 after any usage of any item or after equip a diferent weapon
04111C68 38000063
Yeah I meant 3F0
Thanks for the clarification on the button codes too.
If i want to use that gamecube button activator code for make enemies player controlled code, how can i make it so that when i press the button again they will go back to normal? i tried putting the CC000000 00000000 after the activator but it didnt work. any suggestions?
first answering to timothy:
errr... think this way... you press the activator button, let's say A, then you press deactivator button, again, A... you are pressing BOTH at same time, of course it doesn't work that way. These codes would get on at same time. You NEED another button to deactivate... the cheats have no way of knowing if you want to turn it on or off...
and now...
this is just a thought story game wise...
Correct me if I'm wrong... but... If the senators have the Blood Pact, can't they use it to kill, Micaiah, sothe, jill, etcs? since they are from Daien. So... WHY the heck don't they use it to kill them?! I mean, They see them and yet no using of blood pact? The same could apply to Naesala!
I kinda noticed it this past sunday, while re playing it, King Pelleas say that to sothe... and the one holding the pact SEES them on the desert... so... he had plenty of time to invoke the power of the blood pact...
I tend to think that this is just a hole on the story... but it makes me worry... if the same people behind this game go and try to "improve" the remakes... we could see a new level of BAD games coming... one is already beyond repair... Fire Emblem for DS, featuring marth. A friend told me that they added new NON existent characters to the game...
let's just hope that those people behind these games are fired for the sake of new Fire Emblem saga games... or the remakes....
Dyne, so how would i put the next button activator in the code? Do i even need the line CC000000 00000000?
yes, you need another button and put the deactivator code there...
and yes, you most likely NEED the deactivator code....
thanks sorry im being such a bother.
no problem. After all the forum exists to get answers.
I'd like to know if there is a way to get the blessing addings to status as if it was easy... I wanted to know because it would be a great idea to do so!

I have no idea what that means....
Something interesting, use this code with Button Activators
003CAAC9 000000xx
00 = Players Turn
01 = Enemy Turn
02 = Other Phase Turn (Green)
03 = Ally (Yellow)
When in Players Turn, activate the Value to 01 to take Control of Enemies, or Value to 02 to take control of Others.
When in Enemy Turn, activate the Value to 02 to switch to Players Turn.
Feel free to experiment more with it and post the results.

I'll explain then
when you play on easy mode and yune blesses your weapons, the weapons give points to the status, aside from them being SS weapons. For example, you bless a brave lance, which gives nothing to status, after being blessed, it gives points to str, speed and skill (it's an example)
So u mean like you want to make a random weapon (ex: Steel Axe) give you plus whatever (ex: +5) to whatever stat (ex: Strength)?
yes...
anyone that has played easy before could see the point... a blessed weapon on normal is just infinite. On easy, it makes your characters nearly invincible.
It could possiblly be just a different Blessed Value. ex. value 10 means the Items is blessed but not quipped...90 = blessed and equipped, B0 = Forged Weapon Blessed and Equipped....
Might take a look when get a chance.
I have ashera on my team but whenever i use her it never goes into battle, it always does map only battle even when i have it on all on. Anyone know why?
screen res shouldnt affect it -.-
i know its really wierd. 0_o
Try equip her with a different weapon?
yep tried that too. judge, resaura, balberith and the rex's.
That seems to make sense, cuz when the cpu attacks you, she never goes into Battle Mode, only when the other side attacks her.
Do u think that it is possible to get Zelgius by using control everyone code before you finish ch. 4? Like just before u have ike and ranulf arrive use the code. Would that work?
the brom 99exp cheat aint working D:
-Edit-
[99EXP]
Brom
Kieran
Geoffery

ISNT WORKING
To be clear before the common question is asked, the screen mode is 16:9 on normal difficulty. I dont know it they'd work on easy or hard but i have tried the code again on 4:3 and it still didn't work.
Also i suggest using g6flavors 99 item jap import, since it does work for every character, and is shorter.
:3 im just a tester
-Edit-
Press B and (-) minus cheat
Doesnt work for:
Danved
It might have been said many times, but if you missed a character or a character dies in battle, the address might have changed for some characters, that's why some individual codes might not work.
"Press B and (-) minus cheat

003b03f0 00000000
That's just an estimate of how many characters you could control in the game 3b (59)+1 = 60 characters, since some enemies takes the address between some characters, you could increase the value
004503f0 00000000 this is for 70 characters
If you want max attack for your characters 1 hit kill or want to make the attack power less, you could use the Equipped Forged Weapon Stats Mod posted a few pages back or here:

I understand how it works. I guess what my real question was; Is there something wrong with the code. My stats dont increase by 9 when I put in for xx = 09. And stats that get added by catagory do not increase either. Everything increases normally and not at a set value or catagories.

--------------------------------------
edit - Realized in this paragraph that i've been adding to the slot code wrong, must have been so tired that what I've read as 25 was actually 28, that or the code was fixed. Also, the adding 28 applies to the item slot modification for characters. So you could modify all 7 of sothes item slots. Or anyone else you find.
--------------------------------------
Also, based on Dark samus's codes for base values and shadows code for Ike's level modifier, I'd also like to test this code.
008851FE 000000xx
If what dark samus's codes for base values can do is correct, you could possibly reverse it and get the base value for a Level. Thus creating an "Any character of your choice, level modifier."
That is if my theory is correct. I'll give it a try when I get home.
I got the value by taking shadow's Ike's level mod and subtracting dark samus's base value for Ike from it. If it works like that then the same can work with shadow's other stat and attribute modifier as well. Like I said i'll be testing my theory tomorrow. If it works, then i'd be very surprised I can do all this with out a USB gecko :P. If it does work, then i'll test it with the other stat modifiers and it'll prove my theory right, making a stat modification cheat for any character based off dark samus's base value list. But varribles are that dark samus's base values could be wrong, and I could be wrong about my theory. I haven't gotten around to testing Dark Samus's base values, I've only been proving them with the lists I have. Basicly taking the base value, doing his thing for EXP and comparing it against the EXP cheats in the first posts. So far, what i've compared matches perfectly. But im still not completely sure all the base values are correct because I havent compared all of them to the EXP cheats. Besides that, like I said, Brom, Kieran, Geoffery, and Astrids EXP cheats dont seem to be working for me. I dont know if they've worked for anyone else but from reading a few other posts, some people have been saying that they had exp problems with brom and nephenee. So I dont think my idea is very sound or could work. But i'll try it anyways. :P again, pretty good for a 10th grader with no USB gecko huh? If I find anything more to do with the codes listed here with other codes listed i'll post. It'd be easier for me to do all this if I had a USB gecko, but because I dont I cant do everything I want. Course, you all pretty much found any codes of particular use or want. But left out some codes for diffrent players. Except, I need to get back home and check shadows normal mode list he made for anything I might have over looked. If I find anything else that can be done with that list i'll post here, as mentioned earlier.
Oops..looks like I got both code mixed up
I used this to get max stats after 1 level Up
0406D324 38600032
32hex = 64 dec
It should work in Easy, Normal and Hard mode.
Ladies and gentle men I present THE LEVEL MODIFIER CODE
00884E0E 000000xx
Now how it works is like explained. Take dark shadows list for character bases and just add their base value to that code using microsoft's calculator program. It should be located in accesories. For anyone new to this stuff, dont freak out when the calculator doesnt let you put in the zeros located at the beginning of each value. They aren't needed. Just remember though that when applying the code in the code manager that you add the 2 zeros at the beinning of the first address. As for the value.
The "X"'s are the variable for the level you want. The variable or value isnt in decimals so remember to apply it in hex. If you want your character level 20, put "14" in for the X's. If you want your character level 10 then plug "0A" in for the X's. Remember not to put the quotation marks. I'll try out g6flavor's code and if it works then there'll be no reason to create a stat mod unless you want to get out of the world stats (Probably isnt recommended). In fact i'll make a stat code now. And try out g6flavor's code.
Dark samus's list is located on page 23
Now that, that's out of the way, I'd like to request an infinite convoy space cheat. Or something close to it.
----------------------
It took me a damn long time but i've compiled an every character at level 20 list
You can if you want, go into microsoft word and do a word replace all the values you dont want
Code should only be used in base!!! Unless if in the save process you want your game to freeze and roll back, or corrupt your save!

The laguz aren't listed because they can have problems unless you know their end level. Also dont use this code if you have more skills than your capacity. It also causes problems. Make sure that if when you do have more skills than your capacity that none of those skills are locked skills. Other wise if you level up, you'll be stuck in a screen that tells you to remove a skill when you cant remove any.
If any of the laguz listed still show up at level 20 in the game, then tell me and i'll hunt them down and remove them. Nah I wont as long as they still work.

Wow, my list was actually still useful after the initial codes. Nice job gorge.
x3 yes samus it was, unfortunantly im noticing i still get save errors even at the base. I think the values on the code will have to change, that or we use it then save then power off then boot up with out the cheat. :/ which is a waste of time but it looks like that might need to be done inorder to get the code to work. If you arent having any save problems after using this code let me know

I'll explain then
when you play on easy mode and yune blesses your weapons, the weapons give points to the status, aside from them being SS weapons. For example, you bless a brave lance, which gives nothing to status, after being blessed, it gives points to str, speed and skill (it's an example)
Ok, I just hacked this, try it to see if it's the one you wanted:

Will it affect the game in anyway later on?
Maybe I missed it on the last 28 pages on how to recruit Ashera...The game tends to freeze when I tried to get her into the picture...Is it possible recruit her???

My final take of recruiting Black Knight, Dheginsea, Gareth, Nasir, Sephiran and Ashera in less than 4 mins.
After recruit any of them, you could actually warp back and forth between chapters and recruit as many of them as you like, although it might take up the memory space of other characters....not sure what's the max number of characters the game could hold.

They list Ashera as dead the second you finish the chapter, pull a Zelgius on her by making her player-controlled, while the cg movie of the level's ending with Yune flying in the sky is playing make her an enemy..(good choice on chapter by the way, it's the most safest one) then while you are doing that chapter, make her player-controlled..when the chapter is over she should then be put as in base (6C) and be on your team. If this does not work, I suggest recruiting her by having Ike kill her, make her player-controlled during her death scene and then do the Zelgius method above.
What's the Zelgius method that you mentioned? I don't see it...and I can't seem to recruit him by senting him to the base or player controlled.
Ported from the (J) version:
Gain 2x EXP0406C4D8 54040E3E
0406C62C 54040E3E
0406C7B8 54040E3E
or
Gain 100 EXP after battle0406C4D8 3C800064
0406C62C 3C800064
0406C7B8 3C800064
Yeah I know that if you play the game normally chapter by chapter, Zelgius address always changes.
But, if you warp to the battle with the Black Knight after you finished Chapter 3. And after defeated the Black Knight then on the following cutscene, Zelgius's address will always stay the same.
By recreate his data, do you mean by copy down all his data (like for each character uses upto 3F0 of memory address), copy down all 3F0 memory address and paste it somewhere else on an empty memory space?
And yes, I have WiiRd.
I've tried many times recreating all the data in both pics and paste it to different character addresses, but all results in freezing the game. I give up.
Finally, able to recruit Zelgius with just a few simple steps.
Since Shadowx39 said Zelgius's data address always changes, you can't recuit him by making him player controlled.
But, since there's a fixed address for recruiting the Black Knight, and they're the same person. You can try recruiting the Zelgius using these steps
1. Goto the Black Knight's data address
2. Change him to Player Controlled *1
3. Change his skin to Zelgius *2
Take a look at the picture ShadowX39 posted
(http://img84.imageshack.us/img84/948/0378xu5.jpg)
*1 Address 80897164 is highlighted 8066B83C (3C means enemy controlled), change it to 8066B830 for Player Controlled
*2 Next, look at address 8089715C with value 808C55EC <---This value is Zelgius's skin
Address 80897164 - 8089715C = 8, so -8 from the Black Knight's Player Controlled address and change the value to 808C55EC will make him a Zelgius.
Credit goes to ShadowX39 for his data address and recruiting Zelgius in the first place.

No, theres no corrupted saves. But its just, you used the cheat for a battle and when its done and your at the base when you save it freezes while saving then rolls back to the last save. The first time it rolled back to the last battle save, then back to the last base save. After that it only went back to the last base save. But it doesnt keep rolling back through the chapter, just to the last base save you've made. Anyways that's the jist of it. I think you could still do a battle save, but probably not a base save, im not sure.
Not sure if this is posted , put value 00020000 after the skill to make it use no skill points
Example: Look at the above pic, address 808971A8 00020000
From what I've tried, the max number of characters can be on screen at the same time is 120 max, this includes both Enemies and Players. After 120 is reached no more enemy will appear on screen.
And how do you place more than 17 characters on the field on the above pic when the max is 17?
lol...Then there seems to be alot of poking going on there.
Zelgius with a forged Alondite compare to Sephiran and Ashera's attack power.

I want to use these two codes but I can't seem to get them to work. I'm using the ocarina code manager to put the codes on my sd card. I have Gecko OS with Ocarina turned on to load the game. I'm playing the US game on normal mode with my US Wii set to widescreen 16:9 res. I don't understand much about how everything works so even suggestions that you think are duh problems would be helpful. Any help would be great!
When you choose Lauch Game in GeckoOS, did you see something like:
SD Codes Found, Applying Codes ?
New max number of characters can be bring to End Game = 84
All my characters are at max stats and equipped with the best weapon (not max level 20 or ss weapons) and yet all their attacks missed Ashera, wtf?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ez7GEFTb7uY (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ez7GEFTb7uY)
Yes I did see codes found and applying codes. I tried some different codes and they froze my Wii so it must be reading the codes. Any other ideas?
Funny, none of the codes seems to cause a freeze.
Maybe, make sure that your text file is setup correctly, try open a new text file, copy and paste these codes and see if it works:
RFEE01
Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn (U)
999999 BEXP Part 1
043CAADC 497423F0
999999 gold part 1
043CAAD0 000F423F
Where did you get those codes? They are different from the ones I found. They don't work either. Maybe I'm not putting them into the code manager right? When I looked at the text file the code part looked like this * 043CAADC 497423F0. I have another question. I was told Ocarina is no longer supported but how come Geko OS has to have Ocarina on?
Nothing...I just edited the codes a bit to have the correct address and correct values
Ocarina has been built-in into gecko OS...regardless standalone Ocarina or geckoOS ocarina don't matter on this game.
You text file should look like this

Check the codes you want to use then click Export to gct and choose your Sd Card.
The codes will be saved to the folder SD Card with the gameid filename :\codes\RFEE01.gct
By the way, goto your wii menu Settings and make sure that 16:9 have been selected.
I'm able to get Micaiah slot to change weapon, but during a battle; she looks like she on a cross... Can't move and attack or do anything... Is it the staff is too higher weapon or am i using the wrong weapon for her?
If you equipped a wrong weapon or the character doesn't has the animation for it, then he'll stand there like a cross, he could still attack (do damage) but the animation had to be skipped.
In this video, Edward is using Ragnell. In order for characters that could use Swords to use Ragnell or maybe other Swords. Equipped them with this ability in their skill slot in order to make them usable for battle:

That means she couldn't use that Weapon if it's grayed out. Or you could try to add the above ability codes (enable ragnell, etc....) to see if she could use it.
I'm still messing with the game even though have beaten it tons of times.

I checked my wii menu settings and the codes looked right on the sd card. I just can't figure out why the codes don't work on my game. I had the version of the game with the easy POR clear data problem but I didn't get a new disk until august. Could this game disk be different somehow and that is the problem?
How do I use the item codes? I'm guessing there's a "main" code with variables that I have to change for the item and slot that I want but I don't really know.
and btw, I used the "Weapons become blessed after use" on a custom weapon and the name I gave my weapon changed to the regular name (Originally an Iron axe, I changed it to Garm then when the code came into effect it changed back to Iron Axe) Is there a way around this?
Oh yeah, I've totally forgot about the forged weapons. The only way to fix that right now is to add a button activator for the Weapon Blessed After Usage, button activate the code when you are about to go into battle.

Do you mean the Items in convoy or in the character's item slots?
For items in the character's slot:
First, you need to know the Item Slot address of your character.
I use this as an example, it might not be the correct address for your character:
Ike: Slot 1: 0488A56C xxxxxxxx 0088A570 000000yy
Slot 2: 0488A594 xxxxxxxx 0088A598 000000yy
Lookup the Item Values on the previous pages and:
If you want to have Ettard in Slot 1, then use 80B60380 for xxxxxxxx, yy = number of usage
If you want to have Ragnell in Slot 2, then use 80B603D0 for xxxxxxxx, yy = number of usage
Here's a video tutorial on how to forge any weapons:
Either use wiiRdgui to change the weapon values if you have a usbgecko or if you don't have a usbgecko
use button activators.

Hello...!! Ehm... Do you know a code that makes the game in Player Phase always?? That helps a lot...
You can try this:
Always Players Phase
003CAAC9 00000000
In the GBA games, there's a code about infinite move without that a unit stay in "wait"... Do you know what code is for Radiant Dawn?
If you look through the previous pages, you might see a code that push a button to Move Again, remove the 1st and last line of the code to make it always movable.
Number of times Game had been CLEARED
003cab57 000000xx
xx = 2 = Cleared once, xx = 3 = Cleared twice
You can use this to enable Pelleas and Sephiran on a first play through
Will release the enable 300 items on all chapters code later as seen here:

I wonder if there is any way to make it so the skills don't take up any capacity... Hmmmmm
Cool vid :cool:
As to the skill capacity, I know you can go past the limit, but each time that character levels up, the game promts that the player has too many skills and you have to remove them. :'( Is there a way round this you think?

I guess by making your unit level 20 automatically and then just max out their stats with the stat raising items. Or make their exp "--" by putting FF as their exp.
Just do a normal code search and keep swapping skills.
I would make the code but it would be one that changes for everyone...so only USB Gecko owners can do it.

Warning: If you want are going to recruit enemy on every chapter, try not to recruit more than 1 or 2 enemy characters per Chapter. Having too many characters while entering Part IV Rebirth could freeze the game.
How to use the code:
1. Defeat all enemies except the one(s) you want to recruit
2. Activate Make Enemy Player Controlled code then activate End Chapter code to end the Chapter
3. The enemy will be on your side when the Chapter ends

Ehh... I don't know why but when I try Goldie's/ShadowX39's codes, they're off by 20 hex when I got to the memory viewer... at least for class and item values >_>
Err... actually item "values" isn't the right word... they point to the location of the item in the item table in memory... (More of an FE GBA hacker than a RAM hacker)
And somehow, my characters are on different addresses... even though this is a "clean" file... I also apologize if these have been hacked before... and if not... I'm surprised ._.
These were the first kinds of Codebreaker codes I knew for the GBA FE games...
Ehh... I'll post the codes anyway:

Wait isn't that only if it's consecutive? There's data in between each of the "two groups" that tell which characters have the "pacifist" data ._.
like 04 and your code are strings.
----> -----> -----> -->
80723DC4 XXXXXXXX 80723DCC XXXXXXXX 80723DF4 XXXXXXXX 80723DFC XXXXXXXX
80723E24 XXXXXXXX 80723E2C XXXXXXXX 80723E54 XXXXXXXX 80723E5C XXXXXXXX

If I get the string codetype right... if I put the string code on... it'll erase the data for the Herons too (Which we don't want them to get attacked) when jumping from Dheginsea to Nasir to Gareth, to the generic Red Dragon, to the Generic White Dragon ._.
Otherwise, can you please explain how it's a string?

To make it doesn't affect enemy weapons, manually edit the Stats of Weapons that enemy's doesn't have, like Ragnell?
1. grab the address of the weapon in the cheat database, example: 80B603D0 - ragnell(can't give away) is the Address for Ragnell
2. the 8bit code would be 00B603D0 000000xx
3. add the following hex value to the Address to edit the Stats of Ragnell:
+1C = ATK (example 00B603D0+1C = 00B603EC 000000FF = Max ATK for Ragnell)
+1D = HIT
+1F = CRITICAL
+21 = MAX RANGE
+22 = HP +
+23 = STR +
+24 = MAG +
+25 = SKILL +
+26 = SP +
+27 = LUCK +
Recommend value for HP + --> Luck + is 50 (which adds +80 to Stats)
Just putting some notes down.
Credits to g6flavor for giving me the address of where the battle animation movements are.
Some stuff you can pull with this:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=rFLt3GPbGfA
He's the one who hacked it, I'm just putting down what I observe.
Battle Animation Modding:
At Address:
803C9BE0 [Very beginning of battle data]
Each value is an action of "Attacker" and "Defender" model for each battle, with the 32 bit value at 803C9BE0 being "active" determining the flow of the battle. As in what command is being currently executed. Most pokes to it will just result in the battle ending.
A wrong COMMAND however, will probably result in freezing in the battle as the character misses during an attack and is just there indefinitely waiting for a command.
Example Format of one "attack":
2M000000 (Determines who moves? M = Attacker: 5 Defender:6 )
7?00000? (Don't Mess with) (74000001 = Moves "Attacker" to Opponent?)(Usually 73000001)
0?0000?? (Example: 0F000062)
75000002 (Usually before a Hit command or HP Absorb/Counter/Aurora command)
SS000000 SS = Skill Values
[0900HHHH] (If health absorbing, Value = 0xHHHH)
1400VVVV (VVVV = 0xFFFF - [Damage displayed during hit]) Note: It's a "09000000" during a Miss.
XX000000 (Hit, Miss, Critical) No Damage: 6D Hit: 6E Critical: 6F Miss: 70
2A000000 (???) [End attack?]
24000000 (???) [To simply just end the battle, have this as a 00000000]

etc. etc.
