Title: What is FS(or FT I can't remember)?
Post by: benny3t3 on October 17, 2010, 08:25:39 PM
I didn't have Wiird or Gecko Dotnet on me when I posted this. What is FT(FS)
Pertaining to the Read FS(FT) option. What helpful information can I get from that?

FST is the filesystem. You can read the files on the disk. I'm not quite sure it works on the newest version of geckoDotNet. It works on wiiRD and the original GeckoDotNET though.

You can do fileswaps with it.

Can you give me an example code and what it would do using file swapping?

for NSMB i had released a stage swapper code. It uses the 07 codetype to literally swap the filenames when they are being booted (iirc).

Ah, i see! (checked out the code)

did you just use the  generate swap code option?

I would like to have my favorite songs playing on every level (and make a code)

for that code i had made it using Y.S.'s FST tool since geckodotnet didn't support generating them at the time (was still broken) but i think it makes them the same way.
