Hi guys.
   
How do you apply codes to VC games or wiiware games?

Does gecko os support this? Or do I have to download another homebrew app to do this?

You can do this with Gecko. If you have the Trucha Bug Installed on IOS36, then you should have the option to Load Channels in Gecko.

You can restore the Trucha Bug using the Trucha Bug Restorer!
