Title: Gecko not detecting codes properly.
Post by: JamesRaynor on June 28, 2010, 12:45:01 AM
For whatever reason my gecko OS is not correctly detecting codes for super mario galaxy 2.   I have no idea why this is occurring as I've done everything right. I've used the code manger to make a list and export the gct to the SD card and all that, the codelist file is there and everything but it doesn't recognize it.    It's not the ID, I already checked that.

Did you got codes working with other games before?

Did you turn the option on to use codes in the Gecko OS menu?

Actually I have.   I just tried the SSBB code lists (and file replacements) and I noticed something strange.   First off, my two gig is saying it's a 1 gig.   And secondly all the codes and such for the SSBB file replacement is not appearing on the SD card.   However the Wii is still acting as if it was correctly installed n such.   Everything seems to be working, but as far as I can tell the memory seems to be 'locked' or something (And I'm not talking about the SD's physical lock function, if that was locked then none of the information would read).
