Hey guys,
I am not sure how many of you are watching the football world cup (some strange nations call that sport "soccer") in South Africa which is currently running. And well, the South African culture has these vuvuzelas - instruments which are hell loud and kinda destroying the atmosphere in the stadium. Being an avid football fan myself (and a former player of my school team) I think: they are awesome.
Why? Because they influence our culture.
First of all: these are vuvuzelas:

And well.. those things influence the internet.. it begins with Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/vuvuzelasinBPoilleak?ref=ts
And it continues on YouTube:
Lord of the Vuvuzelas: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R8JGhoVybkM
Best game modification ever: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NXPPyjtw5WU&feature=player_embedded
And YouTube generally now has the football stadium mode: Just click the football and the "fun" begins

So well.. prepare your YouTube:
I personally recommend playing the coca-cola football world-cup official song the way it should be played:

Or why not the official world cup song:

I can't deny.. I just think it's too damn funny what people made out of them..

lmao at the forte at the beginning and the lack of change in dynamics afterwards and the repeat at the end :D
ears breaker :-\
hahaha, epic
I forwarded this to my aunt who is a professional musician because I thought she'd find it funny.
Her comments on the "breaking balls sonata"

Sadly, the composer of this masterpiece has little knowledge of the actual working of the vuvuzela, as the pitch it plays ought to be the B-flat below middle C! Now the accomplished vuvuzela performer must transpose this whole piece at sight!
Just thought that was kinda funny so I posted it :P

That's very funny indeed :P
BTW, did you know you can make 2 different tones with the vuvuzela? :P
@Romaap. No i did not. However, i'm sure both are just as annoying as the other.

AW THAT'S NASTY  EWW :P
lol
I just saw these things on my local news yesterday. The popularity is insane!
In the finals there was much less vuvuzela buzz, and more shouting.
That either means people were getting sick of them or actual soccer lovers were watching the game...
