Title: FST Code
Post by: adam5366 on May 31, 2010, 01:54:21 PM
How do you know what game uses a certain Memory Range?

O and another question, how do you swap things around using fst as i tried renaming them but nothing happened.

I used gecko dnet instead and it made this code:

077EFD50 00000008
1A33F882 00008180
Swap Mario with Goomba, this always causes the game to freeze when i swap things. What is wrong with it.

Edit: Is it because i didn't use
E0000000 80008000

I tried the E0000000 80008000 but the same happened.

When i use gecko dotNet to activate it the game goes so slow you cant do anything. And when i use it via gecko os normally the game freezes on the warning screen. Can someone please help because im desperate to get this working.

Swapping files with the FST is not guaranteed to work properly many times it will simply freeze

also Gecko.NET seems to swap files differently than WiiRd WiiRd just swaps the file names in memory Gecko.NET swaps the ASM that is called to load them

How do you rename/change the items in the WiiRDGUI FST tab?  I thought you could  only see the folder/file names and that was it.
