Porting this moon jump code?

Super mario Bros for NES with Game Genie:

I don't know how to port this to Pro Action Replay Values, but here's the code in hex using ggconvc.exe. (maybe this might make it easier for ASM hacking)

yeah well i mean the floaty jump thing that is infinite and allows you to escape out of pits....multijump/ moon jump. press A to pulse upward as if there is the ground on the air sort of thing. Porting this code shouldn't be that hard if you have the right offsets and experience with wiird usbgecko. I think the hex code might make it easier. Otherwise, I just hack the code into a rom using a hex editor then inject it into a channel.

Walking through walls ???

Just want to make it easier to get to minus world.  Don't have the reflexes good enough to do the usual trick, and I heard the official VC was changed to disable the trick.  Not sure on the validity of that, though.
