Here I recompiled the Code Manager using Link's source code.

In this version, I patched the application to properly support 4 digits game-id (wiiware / vc).
The previous version 1.2 has problem with 4 digits game-id (storing game-id always failed, and load/save TXT file does not take game name).
I compiled using Borland Delphi 7.0.
Source code and executable are zipped and uploaded to the above RS link.
