It was my fault please don't blame yourself. Hey do you think you can hack up an Infinite Health/HP code? I really do need one
Title: Re: [Request] Pokemon Rumble NTSC
Post by: goemon_guy on November 27, 2009, 08:57:46 PM
Hmm... I really think that its my fault... :/ However theres not much we can do about it now... And the Inf HP code doesnt work. I tried to make one, but it gives you AND the enemies infinite HP. That AND if I got it working, it would probably give all your Pokemon 0 HP...

I have a Japanese site that has codes maybe do you think you can convert them I think they may work?! if you got the right addresses.

I found a working code for money you were off by a hair with it and now it works I did some experimenting and I got is this.

Infinite Pokedollars
040B8FDC 60000000

Ok now on with the Japanese site and Google translated to English.

http://translate.google.com/translate?js=y&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2F2.pro.tok2.com%2F~charabox%2FCoPaDS%2Fwii%2FWPSJ.html&sl=auto&tl=en

See if you can try to convert these codes into a US Game.

Good Luck if you chose to do it.

I'll give it a go ;)

Results: (MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR SAVE IF YOU USE THESE!)

Button Activator
283EA910  0000XXXX

see here (http://wiird.l0nk.org/forum/index.php/topic,2582.0.html) for information on how to use.

Ticket Modifier - File 3(Goemon_guy)
04914198 XXXX0Y00

XXXX=PKMN (List will be available soon!)
Y = Special PKMN forms. (Again, list will be available soon!) (If PKMN does NOT have other forms, this stays at 0)
Do not even bother trying to get an Arceus with this code, it doesnt let you, because he's not in the game. (Yet...) Although his name is in the game...

Thanks for the PKMN list! Maybe they're planning on releasing an update containing Johto and Hoenn Pokemon. And Arceus too! (His name's in there too!)

I will try to make the code work!

Ticket Modifier (Goemon_guy)
04914198 XXXX0Y00

Should Work! ^

Move Modifier (Slot 3 Again) (Goemon_guy)

XXXX = Move

Doesnt work...

Thanks,

04912E38 096X0000
E0000000 80008000

is this ok ?

or it should be

Ticket Modifier (Slot B)- MEWTWO

Yes. There is. But, I would have to spend some time finding where the abilities are stored. I will do my best to make that code.
The strength code is a bit dumb. It is always stored at a new address every time the game is reloaded. I will make an attempt at this code as well.

The ticket modifier uses 16bit values. Insert however many zeroes before the PKMN value.

The code for Mewtwo is as follows:
04912E38 00960000
E0000000 80008000

(Mewtwo's value is actually 0096)

The offset is the difference between two regions, AFAIK.
I dont think that I can find the offset using a USB Gecko... However, I am still new to Wii hacking, so if someone knows more, feel free to correct me.

I seem to be having some troubles with the button activator codes on here. According to the link posted, if I wanted a new ticket whenever I pressed the minus button, I'd put 283EA910 00001000 as the first line in a code (and EFFF1000 if I wanted it to only activate if - was the only button pressed at the time). However, setting up both a single code, or multiple codes to test multiple different buttons resulted in the codes never being activated. I tried pressing the button before the game loaded, after the game loaded and the entire time I was trying to get a ticket. None worked.

My latest codes are as follows (and all work if I remove the button activator):
Code 1:
283EA910 00000400
04911AD8 007D0000
E0000000 80008000

Code 2:
283EA910 00001000
04911AD8 00850000
E0000000 80008000

Code 3:
283EA910 00000010
04911AD8 00830000
E0000000 80008000
Am I just a moron and did something stupidly wrong? Or is there something wrong with the activator code?

Also, would it be possible to create a code that makes all defeated pokemon because "befriendable" (or whatever the term is) or make every hit make a pokemon wobble? (Combined with button codes, this would be an even easier way to get some of the more rare pokemon than just making tickets for them, due to not needing to edit the cheat file for each different one)

Sounds nice, especially the part with the button activator. I have tons of Pokemon I collected, but never used xD But would be really a good idea with the code.
