E' possibile creare un codice per avere l'energia della spada infinita?
Tipo quando usi il colpo speciale o per evitare che la spada si rompe

Si... non ho ancora avuto il tempo di lavorarci ma vedrò cosa posso fare.
Sure... I got no time to work on it but I'm going to do that soon !!!

Prego !!!! ;)
None of the codes work for me. :'(
However the true code for this game must be RSFP99.

This sounds really strange... what version of Gecko OS are you using?
I have Gecko 1.9.2 and 1.9.3 and tried with both versions. Game language is set to German, PAL60 is forced and boot method is set to 'default'. I have to add that I tried all 4 codes at once.
@Franky D: What codes did you test and what were your Gecko settings? Because you said the codes work for you.
Quote from: R.H. on November 18, 2009, 04:03:23 PMI have to add that I tried all 4 codes at once.
Can I ask you how many times have you tried the cheats?
Four times.

Same here. No Codes are working for some reason. I have the PAL Version and used Gecko 1.9.2.
Btw, why is there the wrong ID on the topic?
Well guys... I've to ask another question to the ones for which the cheats doesn't work: with the cheats enabled for the first time did you start a game from the beginning or did you load a saved game?
Thanks for your support ;)

I did start the game for the first time with enabled cheats (because I heard it's damn hard =P). I also tried the codes with a saved game.
I only tried with a saved game. Also I tried with different controller methods (GC controller, Wiimote+Nunchuk). In the last hour I also tried all 4 codes with only one code enabled per gameplay. Tried different game languages, other boot methods.
But in the end: nothing of this helped getting the codes to work. :'(
I'm on 4.2E. But I think this does not matter, because codes for other games (e.g. your awesome Metroid Prime Trilogy codes) are still working very well.

This is very strange because for me and others 3 Nintendo maniacs all works great !!!
However I'll try to make some other code as soon as it will be possible.

@Franky D: What codes did you test and what were your Gecko settings? Because you said the codes work for you.
I copied these codes ( http://geckocodes.org/index.php?c=RSFP99 )
on a notepad document and i used codemgr to create the GCT file,
to load the codes i use USB Loader GX and when i tested them i already defeated the 1st boss with both Momohime and Kisuke so it wasn't a new game, i use italian language, no video force and i play with wiimote + nunchuck.
edit: oh and i loaded all the codes that apache made, not some yes and others not.
Mmmm i guess, since Apache is italian like me he probably worked with the game set to italian, can this be a language problem? Can you try to load it with italian language and see what happens?
Potrebbe essere questo il problema Apache? Magari ogni lingua ha i suoi codici, mi ricordo c'era anche un altro gioco che aveva questo problema di lingua, mi pare era Animal Crossing
I tried Italian language with Gecko - doesn't work either.
BTW: I just loaded the game up on my USB drive and tried it with USB Loader GX. To get this game working with this loader I have to enable the 002 error fix. But if I enable ocarina with those codes, the game doesn't start and the screen stays black or shows a code dump. So how can you play Muramasa with codes enabled via USB Loader GX?

That's strange, mine loads normally and does't show the black or code dump screens, btw did you changed the game id from RSFP7U to RSFP99?

Exactly the same here
@Franky: Yes, it's ID RSFP99. Gecko also says that it found SD codes and that it applies them - but the codes don't work.
Ok... this is for all the people that cannot make work the cheats I posted in the first page of this topic: can you please try to use these?

Sorry, but these codes aren't working either. Gecko applies the codes, but they don't effect the game.
But I appreciate your effort for finding a solution!
Ok, ok... I need to work a little more on these to understand what's wrong. I hope to find a solution during the weekend !!!
Ok guys, here the response for the cheats: they work !!!
I cannot fix something that work for me.
I'm going to detail my configuration: Firmware 4.2E, HBC 1.0.6, cIOS38 rev 15, Gecko OS 1.9.3, CoverFloade 1.2.
I'm using CoverFloder loading the game from USB HDD downloading my own cheats from Internet with the following configuration:
1) VIDTC patch = no
2) Ocarina = yes -.-"
3) Hook = VI
4) Language = console default
5) Video = from game
7) Fix = Anti_002 (very important: don't use Error_002)
I need to try the cheat from the original disc but my copy won't arrive until the first week of december so for this you need to wait a little.
I've also tried to switch the game language to German and the codes work perfectly.
I really don't know what to say; however I won't retry until I won't have my original copy.

Grazie!
Hehehehehe... :)
@Apache81: You're awesome! All of your codes work now! Thank you so much!
So if I look at the new codes I see that you've added one more line to each of your codes. So what exactly was the problem that caused the codes not working for some of us?

Well... I made a change in all the codes: instead of using a single pointer to change the memory values I tried to use a pointer of pointer so there must be no more problems in changing the correct memory values.
I think this is all for now.
Let me know if something strange will happen !!! :)
I've noticed that this codes (RSFP7U ID) are the same than the RSFP99 ID, but they don't work for this last ID. I've tried with USB loader (on 3.2 wii version). Anyone know what's the problem?
The cheats I did is for the one with the RSFP99 gameID because THIS IS THE REAL ID FRO THE PAL VERSION OF THIS GAME !!!
Never used with others gameID version.
Hi,
thanks for the effort with the codes @Apache81. I have a weird problem though.
First time I used your last set of codes (with USB Loader GX) yesterday, they worked perfectly.
Now I tried a second time and I am experiencing the black screen problem that the others already mentioned.
I disabled the codes, then the game just boots fine, I can play and save... but as soon as I enable them again, the game doesn't start at all anymore... I tried the settings you mentioned above, they didn't make a difference.
Something else I noticed is that USB Loader has another line beneath the Ocarina cheat selection saying "error cheat no. out of range"... this line wasn't there yesterday (while it was the same txt)... I tried re-downloading the cheats and even created a GCT with the Code Manager... nothing seems to make a difference.

I can't remember that anyone mentioned a blackscreen.
However this was a known problem of some old codes that I posted too quickly and that I replaced some time ago.
Make sure to use the latest version of my codes from Gecko codes official site (http://geckocodes.org).
If you'll get problems again, please, let me know.
Thanks for your fast answer.

I was referring to that post. I think, I might have the same problem here, except for the fact that I didn't experience a code dump, just the black screen. I am using german language though and tried to enable all of the settings you mentioned (e.g. anti 002 instead of error 002).

I tried both the codes from the official code site and from your latest code-post right before I posted my last message.
So I think I have been using the most recent ones...
Something else that comes to my mind - maybe USB Loader itself is causing the trouble, I am not sure, but I might have updated it accidently... I'll try it out tomorrow and let you know (lol, it would be kinda embarrassing if that would be the reason xD).

If this is the problem that will be fantastic (the codes work). However I forgot about the post you mentioned :P sorry.
At last just a thing: try to not enable the indestructible swords cheat and let me know if the game stars: this is the only cheat that doesn't perform check about the memory address to write before to apply the changes while the others do a check so it is improbable that could be problems (at the end the cheats won't work but the game must start !!!).
*lol* as I thought... it was indeed the loader itself. I used my old rev from before and everything worked fine again.
Switching the indestructible swords cheat on or off with the latest rev (usbloader_gx r843) didn't change anything.
So, yeah, it's definitely a problem with USB Loader and not with your codes :P
Thanks for everything!

I´ve got the same problem like aufgreifen.
Which rev works with the codes?
Hello Apache81,
I used all codes you have done in this topic but they don't work on Dolphin emulator with my PAL version of the game. I know your codes are for Gecko but those for "ToS Dawn of the New World" (PAL) have worked perfectly on Dolphin so I think your codes can work too. You are my only hope: I haven't found any other source of AR codes for Wii (even on Codejunkies). Have you others code versions please ?
Thank you.
Too late... This topic is already dead. T_T
