No u need an object that looks like a gamecube memory card its called "usb gecko"!the usb gecko stopped their production but some sites like www.thegametrain.com still have some in stock,coz i bought mine 2 months ago :).
And u need a program called wiird that stays on ur PC!
U need your wii to be next to ur pc (1metre away maximum) if you want to hack just go on other threads that will show you how to do it and will give you the downloads needed for this!

u have to riwnload on ur pc the programm thats called wiirdgui and thats it! You can download it by just clicking on the download tab just in the home menu of this site!
