Is this problem only with COD, with all games, or even with the Internet Channel?

I heard nintendo had begun randomly checking every console that uses their network servers, and bans all that have a special file inside them that is part of the hbc, you might have been banned by that, try to use parental controls when entering a game, i heard that should work, or if you want to use internet on other places too, format your wii and then avoid ninty's official servers :l

I dont think so, it could be but I think some big scene sites would have posted it.
And are they even allowed to do that?

If you're linking to a site that hosts illegal files, don't do it :\

anyways. The noobs there all act like they know what's going on and just create theories as to what is happening and publish it as the truth. It's very annoying especially since they don't really understand how anything works.

I was having connection problems too. All I did was turn on parental controls, and everything seemed to go fine. On occassion I will get a little connection problem, but it's about 1 in 60 tries.
