Hi there,
I am asking for downloads which were formally hosted on usbgecko.com which as we all know unfortunately went down. So well: if you have Gecko Gamecube disc ISO? Upload it.. if you have Gecko Load? Upload it. I want to create a mirror.
Feel free to post download links in this thread or PM me with usbgecko.com content.
Feel free to use sharehosters like rapidshare.com (in case your share hoster only allows limited downloads for free accounts please contact me via PM me with the download link.. I will mirror it as quickly as possible).
Most important files to get again:
-DOL file: gc106d.dol
Thank you very much!

ohnoes.. not really..
That's the code database. Former usbgecko.com/codes - I know that this site has been moved.. I MOVED IT..
I am talking about usbgecko.com - without /codes - where you could get downloads for your USB Gecko!
I have a gamecube NTSC-U gecko disc, let me make a ISO of it... will upload tmorrow
I had all of those files on my HDD, too bad it broke. I think I might have gecko load and the other gecko tools somewhere.

Yeah, same here.. my USB drive broke and I had many on there :(
datarecovery is a bitch too...
they wanted to charge me 2 thousand dollars for my 1TB of data, AND they said that if they couldn't do it, i wouldn't get any refund :o
i swear these people are out to screw you over ...

Wow I just relized I have all the gecko tools as well... I'll try to upload soon :D
I've had the best results for data recovery through Linux. Of course it also depends on what's wrong that caused the error in the first place anyway. One time I fixed a corrupt hard drive that was only corrupt because it was the primary Windows drive and it had some bad system data somewhere on it. I was able to back up all of the data off of the drive by mounting it as a secondary drive in a Linux machine and then discovered that all I had to do to fix it was to run chkdisk on it with it loaded as a secondary drive in another Windows machine. It just couldn't fix itself because Windows couldn't boot off of it because of the corrupted system data.
I have the following zip files but I don't know if any of them are something that you're looking for:
geckoOS16f.zip
GeckoOS107.zip
wiiramdump.zip
wiirdv22.zip
wrd0.9.2-bin.zip
I dont know whether these are what you need as well, but I have uploaded them in case that is the case (hopefully I dont violate any rules or copyrights by uploading these items, please feel free to delete my posting if this is a problem):

Gecko OS - 1.6d Gamecube Version
Things to note:
1. Works with WiiRD!!! on pretty much all Gamecube Games, same codetypes etc as its the same code handler.
2. DOL loader now relocates itself so you can load bigger files, and ones that overlap GeckoOS itself, It now has a reloader too so can jump back to GeckoOS at anytime, just load the DOL using GeckoOS and then code that jumps to 0x80001800 on exit just like how SD load works etc.
3. SD card menu isn't finished yet, just like the Wii version, but this is what i'm currently working on.
4. Ripper hasn't been tested much, but has 2 modes, one checksum method which is the older method and the normal mode which is a little slow as polls the FIFO buffers, but this slows it down a little.
Feedback, suggestions, moaning all welcome
The rar file includes all 3 region ISO, so just burn for your region. If you need the DOL to load with SD media Launcher or similar, I will post it.

So well.. the only big thing we're missing is the gamecube gecko OS DOL - however, modchip owners or gc backup launcher users can rejoice.. we nearly won the war ^^
Or does anyone know how to get the DOL out of the ISOs again (I tried but I failed)

Sorry, I tried exactly that.. extracted bootldr.dol - it does not work with SD Media Launcher and yes, Gecko OS 1.06d DID(!) launch with it!

hmm... I may have the actual dol on my computer (unless my dad deleted it...) if not I may be able to rip it out of a gci I made... or did I put the dol in my gecko save on plunder... let me check.
edit:yes I did put it in the package... heres the link to the actual dol:http://www.plunder.com/-download-385d7ddf8a.htm (http://www.plunder.com/-download-385d7ddf8a.htm)
Gecko OS 1.06d (GC) DOL: http://www.mediafire.com/?cnxg2ytfavm (http://www.mediafire.com/?cnxg2ytfavm)
Got it.. the DOL before was correct.. just neither Dolphin could emulate it nor did it work with the SD Media Launcher.. which is a shame actually.. SDLoad was able to load it (needed to dig out my old old WiiKey config disc). That's kinda stupid as it outrules legal use of the SD Media Launcher and will guide us to so-so versions with Gamecube Backup Launcher. Thank you anyway!

Ah yeah, moving towards forensic recovery would explain the cost.

Odd, I can load the DOL using the SD Media Launcher (on my Wii in GC mode; haven't tried on my Gamecube) without any problems.

Cool.. seems my SD Media Launcher (using SD Gecko) is acting up.. but even better to know that it works!
