Since this is brkirch's code, if you want someone to walk you through the code, then brkirch is the best person to teach you. You could try to use asmwiird tool (try google the name) to translate those codes into asm.
In case you cannot find that tool anymore, here is the translation (using that great tool) of the three codes inside that insert asm section:
