i wanted to know who made the code database and how did they make it?

James0x57 (http://wiird.l0nk.org/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=76) made it, he probably made it with HTML/PHP/Javascript :P

You can just look at the source (ctrl+u in Firefox).

Well, it was many years ago when James0x57 was a GOD!

One afternoon in his giant roman place imbedded in the clouds, he suddenly thought to himself "ZOMG THE WII H4x0rZZZ NEED A CODE DATABASE!!". Then he whipped out his Wiimote and Zapped his SUPER COMPUTER.

And yea, thats how it was created. No Java or any of that, just PURE GODLYNESS. Thats why we cant understand any of the commands :O
