Well, first of all run it through Link's ASM helper to get the addresses used, then you can refind them I think.

Thats how I started to try to to convert all of the other normal codes by finding an offset to add or subtract once I found a comparable NTSC code...but then found out the address' were the same as PAL...wasted alot of time...I wonder why the arrows are at a different address than the PAL code???
I'm not really a code guy so don't really understand the offset. But I did try this code and it seems that it gives 240 arrows but they aren't infinite.
a code to make my followers invincible would be great but i assume that would be ALOT of code rather than just 1 or 2 lines,
I notice that the [Inf Health Little King] code for NTSC is a bit of a gamble. Once it's used and the game has been saved, you are stuck using this code for the remainder of that game save. If you then try to play the game without this cheat, Little King will die at random times and also will die any time you get up from Resting. (If you turn this code on, then save the game, then turn the code off and reload the game.) Not sure if this can be avoided or not? I am testing using Ocarina and have tested with a DISC and loading from USB.

My PAL Inf/Max Health code applies to you and your followers? Dose it not do that in NTSC?
