Alright I have Gecko OS working perfectly and I have the Ocarina codes on my SD card but whenever I launch Animal Crossing City Folk and it applies the code, it says it can't load the save file because it is corrupted. Then it asks me if I want to make a new town. (meanwhile, when I launch it from the disc channel, it works fine and my save is working.) What do I do?

Read up on the codes that you are using. Some of them do have their bugs and that's one of them.

I'm using the Infinite Bells code so maybe I should use the Always Have 9999999999 bells code

If that's the only that you are using then yes, I would try a different code then.
