Title: Credit to Hackers [Question]
Post by: SoLuS xX on July 20, 2009, 03:57:01 AM
This question is generally aimed at Hetoan2 and James0x27 because they want to be more accredited for their codes (and it's understandable), however it does apply to all hackers in general.

I am compiling text files with codes to load up in the code manager and being as I will be distributing it for people, I decided that all the hackers should get their credit. However there are two ways to give credit and I want to know which to use.

Option 1* Displayed next to the name of the code
or
Option 2* In a section of the code manager labeled credits, the persons name being the title and the comments section of it would name all the codes in the above list that they created.

Option 1 is the typical but it seems to make things cluttered, though it makes it easier to identify who created what code.
Option 2 is one I was messing with, it requires you to view the comments to see who did what but it removes all the of names by the codes. I'd normally prefer this.

Now the question is, would you hackers (especially Hetoan2 and James0x57) be alright with the second crediting system?
