To make the item codes short for character 1

If there are 50 Characters in the game, I'll have to do 50 codes separately
Is it possible to combine all 50 Characters codes together (2 x 50 = 100 lines of codes) and make a shorter code like 4 lines?
It goes something like this;
4A000000 80444444 Set po to start address
60000031 00000000 Set repeat number to 49
18000000 00000001 Serial code 1/2
20090004 00000001 Serial code 2/2
5A100000 00000100 po += 0x00000100
