I got Ninja Gaiden II I found Codes From funkamatic I add to a text file like this Ex..

FCQE
Ninja Gaiden II
Infinite Lives [funkamatic]
003EDC25 00000009

Infinite ninja power [funkamatic]
003EDC2E 0000003C

Infinite health [funkamatic]
003EDC00 00000010

Infinite Time [funkamatic]
003EDC31 0000001C

But the Gecko 191 Load the game but Say no code found on SD how do you add codes

I just figured out earlier:
get this homebrew http://wiibrew.org/wiki/CheatManager (http://wiibrew.org/wiki/CheatManager)
place the text file in a folder called txtcodes in the root of the card and make a codes folder too
execute the homebrew and select the txt file, push + to enable the cheats you want and then press 1 on the wiimote
once done exit with home and load the game through gecko and it should tell you the cheats are enabled

The page also explains how to use it.

Next, when loading Gecko 1.9.1, go into the options menu, and make sure SD Codes option is "Yes" or "On"
