Your Values weren't matching up to the code types and was driving me a little nuts. I had to redo them.
003C62A2 i know is the Ring and you had 1B and I guess that is what you mean by Phantom.

I realized that the health code was only for max health. But I had previously made the ring code which gave you a ring that had so much defense that nothing could hit you. For some reason it lead me to believe that the max health code was for infinite health too.
The reason why the values didn't match up is because I cycled through a number of values and picked out the best equipment for each of them. For example, the value for the medicine item address is the number of uses which led me to increase it stupidly high instead of just 1 or 2, this gives a large number of uses. Same thing for the arrows and the sword, you have lot stronger arrows and sword then you can normally get in the game.
The reason why some of my codes are mismatched is because I compiled everything into one big code and stupidly mixed them up. I thought I deciphered which is which but apparently I did not do it correctly. Phantom was just a name isomorphic to the meaning of better
