Can someone make some codes for FFCC: My Life as a King please. :cool:
PAL
Normally we arent supposed to take requests, but I actually have that game :D
Not for PAL though :( . I'll make some nice NTSC codes though.
cool, thanks! ;D
Did you make any codes?
My Life As a King (WFCE)
9999 Elementite
80CF8B54 000F423F
9999 Gold
80CF8B8C 000F423F
That should work, I am a very noob coder though.
This is for NTSC by the way, I have a 3.2U wii so there is no way for me to get PAL games from Shop channel, sorry.
should be:
9999 Elementite
04CF8B54 000F423F
9999 Gold
04CF8B8C 000F423F
yea i did make those before (diff values) i just wanted to post more than 2 codes at a time

lol man you forgot code types ;)
Still confused... I read online about the code types:
MEM1: It goes from 0x80000000 to 0x81800000
MEM2: It goes from 0x90000000 to 0x94000000
However, the top of MEM2 is not accessible (trying to read/write from it crashes the Wii). That might depends of the game, but it seems that you can only access freely the 0x90000000 to 0x93800000 area.
ba : Base Address. Set at 0x80000000 each time the code handler is executed. Each time the ba is added to a code address, the code handler do : address = address + (ba & 0xFE000000). You can modify it, however if you do, don't forget to reset it to its original value after.
Should i use calculator for this?
I know this is an old one, (by a couple days) but I was wondering, I tried both the codes there for elementite and gold but neither worked. I used the code manager 1.2, along with 1.9 gecko OS, am I doing something wrong... or do they just not work? @_@

all those are are the memory ranges.
to see the code types: go to your wiird folder and go to the docs folder. Then open the code type doc file (HTML I think)
for what you are doing you should use ram right and fill code types.
00= 8bit scan, 80000000 memory range
01= 8 bit scan, 81000000 memory range
02= 16 bit scan 80000000 memory range
03 = 16 bit scan, 81000000 memory range.
04= 32 bit scan, 80000000 memory range
05= 32 bit scan, 81000000 memory range
an example:
the memory adress is 8159437 and I want the value stored there 999. I did a 16 bit scan
8159437 000003E7 is what you would get without code types.
0359437 000003E7 is with them. notice the first 2 values changed. thats where you put the code types.
Any updates for this for PAL version?

yeah, I'm using NTSC-U

2nd try: hang in Square Enix logo screen...

aahh... why it's so damn hard to use the cheat for this wiiware..
I've tried other wiiware cheat and find no problems at all... >,<
I think the problem is that the codes change every time the day changes.

Hekk, that's PROBLEM, indeed...
Is there no other way to solve it...?
hmmm...
Which day the codes should be working? 1st day? That's means I should try new game+ first then use the codes then...
Then that's too bad. We must know where the pointer gets it's value.
you need an asm code really
any luck with a code that works?
I'll see if I can make a code (for Gil and Elementite) that works on all days.
EDIT: No luck with different addresses or pointers or such, I got the same results as Hazado.

I tried 3 different save files, the addresses were static each time. So, the problem has to do with loading the codes up in a GCT, as the codes only work for me in WiiRd. I'll see if I can figure out what is causing the hang at those certain points.
cool
These codes seem to work for me now when using SD cheats. I also gave you credit, Hazado, for the Elementite and Gil addresses.

EDIT: For those curious, the hanging with the previous versions of the codes was caused by those addresses needing to point to another location. They do this after the Square-Enix screen. Afterwards, the Elementite and Gil values are loaded.

i want to see codes like:
moral x2 x4 x6 x8 and so on...
save costume.... (you need to re-equip it after reboot so saving it is usefull)

access chime's room at the beginning of the game..
Someone who can't make the codes work tried with the wii pad hook of gecko OS???
I've been waiting for this but it's not working for me.
a code to make adventurers lvl 99?
I have the NTSC version as well, but I have the version that already has all the add ons. Not sure why the values are in different locations but they are. The elementite is located at:80CF8018 and the gil at:80CF8050
If any of you out there are unable to get the current cheats to work, try giving these locations a shot. I take no credit for any of the current codes out there, but just swap the memory locations and hopefully you should be good to go.
could someone make a code to make adventurers level 99?
would love to have some working codes for this game how ever all the codes posted so far dont work. i have tried all of em and i have done everything that is said to be done in the tutorials on how to make them work. the game will load the codes but they dont change the amount of gil or elementite...... :mad: >:(
OK, been doing a lot of work on this game, and I've found just about every variable it has, time of day, moral, adventure skill level, etc. However, from earlier posts it looks like this game has a few different NTSC versions, and most of the variables are static so if I post the codes and you have a different version, it won't do you much good. Another interesting thing I discovered while writing the codes was that if I just saved them as a txt file and renamed it to a .gct file, gecko said the codes were applied but they were NOT. I had to dl the latest version of codemanager, open up my txt file with it and then save it as a .gct. Once I did that, the codes were applied correctly.
That being said, please try the codes below with code manager and tell me if they work. If they do, I'll write up codes for the rest of the variables I've found.
Thanks

CE000000 80008180
04CF80CB 00001000
E0000000 80008000
you dont need the CE and E0 lines for this code, the E0 is only needed when you changed the BA or PO and if you used an IF :)
Romaap, I have found a few codes where they are only writing to base addresses of 80000000 - 81800000, such as the_dave's code for Star Trek Conquest here http://usbgecko.com/codes/index.php?c=RTJE68, (http://usbgecko.com/codes/index.php?c=RTJE68,) if you didn't specify a check for the address range first, it would cause some unforeseen problems, so for clean coding sake, I figured it doesn't hurt to ensure it is in the correct range first.
I've tried all the codes. The first three do nothing. The last two freeze my game if I hit 1 or 2 and then call Chime. They also cause a freeze right before the Behest screen at the beginning of a day if you hit 1 or 2 before it loads.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for this cheat and I hope you can also fix the elementite and gil cheat.
BTW I have the NTSC with addon pack.
Hopefully this will contribute to sNiPPs' posted codes. "Always Raised Morale" wouldn't let be get past the Square Enix logo, no matter what I tried, and "Always Morning" didn't affect my game in any way. I went through the days normally, with no difference in the rate time passed. I have the NTSC-U with the complete DLC, like Locke here. If you could help me with this, then please do.

try using only that cheat and don't add more. if it worked the n good.
I have no problems loading this alwys raised morale cheat.
I've already tried using Always Raised Morale on its own, and it still happened. If my System Menu version affects anything, I have a 4.1 System Menu, but I don't think it's that.
I have 3.2 and it doesn't work
I don't think FFCC:MLAAK works on 3.2 I think that game requires an update... or maybe that's 3.1
I've created these same codes on 3.2 and they worked for me. Although I have all the DLC, but it shouldn't make a difference.
Maybe there is a v1 and a v1.1
They did that with Pokemon Ranch so you might want to watch out.
This post seems dead for awhile, I was wondering if anyone could make a {Have All Medals} Codes, would really be helpful in the game so somewhat buff the characters without having to do stuff in order to get the medals
I've been testing out all the codes but I can't get it to work. The question still hasnt been answered as to whether or not these codes are supposed to be compatible with the DLC content. For My Life as a Dark Lord there are codes that go with the DLC content. But I am still new to the cheats for wiiware games.
Can somebody tell me what I am doing wrong please? =) I am sorry if my post bothers anyone but I couldn't find the information through searching.
unsure what I am doing wrong, all the other wiiware cheats I use work just fine FFCC dark lord, Zelda II but for some reason I cant cheat at this installed wad.... unsure why the lable is WFCE
I am using FFCC_MLaaK_DLC_Unlocked (42.9 MB (45,001,152 bytes) ) I am using the banner bomb exploit on system menu 4.2U (please dont say its the system menu cus all my other hacks work just fine) and I am using geckoos 1.9.1
::edit Gecko OS 1.9.3::
(tried using all hooks, I got the always morale code to work with the wiipad hook) ::fyi the always morale is a bit buggy when the people should give you medals.
I cannot get any of the codes to work either. I have the game with all DLC, so I don't know how that affects things, but none of the codes posted here work for me.
I'd just like a gil code to work, please. Thank you for your time!
also can't use the morale codes
curious how it works though, i mean.... the description is kind of ambiguous y'know?
does it mean everyone is happy and therefore u dont have to talk to them to make em happy? and going 2 their houses will yeild medals? if so then awesome, like really.... really.. awesome.... if it does'nt do that, can someone make one that does ? lol
i'd also like 2 c an "all medals" thing 2 maybe an elementite / gil multiplier aswell, or if at all possible a "lucky adventurer" code, that makes everyone more likely to find items
morale code works / buggy for me makes it act like you used a morale sphere so everyone gets along better with there families... but for some reason I talk to the pricks four days in a row and there maxed out on loving there family and I dont get crap...... blah lol.. I used the VBI hook to get this cheat working 100%
::edit:: And for the love of all things holy please make my dumb VC which is LEGALLY DOWNLOADED recognize the dumb cheat for gil..... ::edit::

can anyone make another kind of code? like a code to make your adventurer gain more exp?
i think an easy one would be 99 of each medal

I'm curious if you will succeed at this one, because it's a rather difficult game to hack, especially the lockups during the intro sequence (Square logo/black screen issues etc.) :)

I also have all DLC on my PAL version but the screen goes black before loading the save file. i know that the jump to morning code orks as i have used it separately. I would really love a working gil and/or elementite code.
I can't get any of those codes to work. :( Are there multiple versions of the same game, perhaps?
Hey, i'm searching for working PAL-codes for Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King [WFCP]. The codes posted in the forum do not work or freeze the game after the Square Enix logo or when activated in the game.
Hope someone can help :)
Every code?
None of them is working every code crashes the game or does nothing.
I'm only searching for a infinite gil and infinite elementile code.
I read that it is really hard to create a working code for this game because of some issues with the values. The NTSC-codes as i read work but the PAL don't.
Sounds do-able, I used to have it, I'll check If I still do and I'll have a look at it this week.
I've looked into it and found out that all the addresses work nicely! I have a gecko though, so I'm able to poke at them at will.
I'm positive that the morning jump doesn't need any range check.
So, in case the game doesn't like booting up with activated codes let's put them all in button conditions
This is your controller (one of the addresses for it)
282C026A MMMMXXXX
MMMM=Mask XXXX=Button. Mask = FFFF-the button value so that whether you press the button with or without any other it will execute. If you don't want a Mask then put it as 0000XXXX
Buttons Values
A=0800
B= 0400
C=4000
Z=2000
Up=0008
Down=0004
Left=0001
Right=0002
-=1000
+=0010
And you can mix these together so A and B together = 0C00 and with a mask it =F3FF0C00
Now for the codes
Place the button condition on top of the code to activate it
Eg: Elementite at 9999 (hex value 270F)
282C026A MMMMXXXX
04C10EB0 0000270F
E0000000 80008000
E00000000 80008000 is the release code for the memory. It's necessary if you want the game to play right. Unfortunately for this game it's EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! For the ASM values are always coming up with the same registers. This is perhaps why the codes don't like to be applied at the beginning.
BOLD EXPLANATION
I see no point in only writing it to the last values of the address. Apply the 04 instead of 02 so that the code is applied to all the address. Money address= Money address not half something and the rest money. Get it?
Gil = 04C10EE8 0000270F [AsatanuKain]
Jump to Morning = 04C2C730 YYYYXXXX Dusk=00000001 [AsatanuKain]
And no need for the CE000000 80008180. This would imply another condition and there isn't any. I also think that the NTSC ones work BECAUSE they are doing what I'm implying; button conditioned.
I also found that there isn't any Mood code for the Pal... Well I'll do one + an experience code and hopefully a no damage code!!!
Ported from sNiPP Moral Always Up (Needs testing)
04CF810B 00001000
I'll have to do a search for this. Oh well. Moral Up coming soon.
I've discovered that the Hp for the allies will be easilly adapted to always have their maximum Hp. An easy ASM should do the trick...
Same address for the ASM as for the others...
It'll be a pointer in this case...
Could not locate ANY pointers... wow! This means that the experience code and Hp code is a lot harder than previously thought...
Going to bed...to be continued...

Up=0008
Down=0004
Left=0001
Right=0002
-=1000
Get it?
Gil = 04C10EE8 0000270F [AsatanuKain]
Can't get them to work with the game. Applied them with GeckoOS and nothing works.
Codes looks like this:
Elementite
282C026A 00000010
04C10EE8 0000270F
E0000000 80008000
Gil
282C026A 00001000
04C10EE8 0000270F
E0000000 80008000
Placed them on + and - Button but when I press ingame nothing changes. The Gil still go down when i spent them.
hmm, did you see them become 9999? They would diminish. Just simply triggered.
Do you have the DLC?
I'll reinstall it without the dlc to see if it makes a difference.
And when MLAK Loads with gecko it's definitely WFCP?
No it changed nothing. I had around 1700 Gil which didn't go up to 9999 and as i spend them they went down to 300 and i wasn't able to buy anything above that price.
I don't know but where can i see if it's the DLC or not? The .wad-name doesn't say anything about DLC.
Yes I paid attention to it the WFCP was loaded. Codes were found and applied.
Do you have Chime's bikini?
I reinstalled it without the DLC and found that the addresses are not the same!
Well, I've started to do the search for the addresses. I'll post them soon.
Try this address with the button condition. I think without the button conditions might actually work for you now.
Elementite
04CF7E7C 0000270F
Gil
04CF7EB4 0000270F
Timer
04CFBF64 00000001 (Dusk)
Moral Gauge 100%
04CF7EF4 000003FF
Moral Timer 04CF7F2C 00000999
Thanks now it works perfect :)
To everyone:
In conclusion, whenever an update is downloaded (DLC) to any game, the memory changes; logical and necessary.
Please make sure that you state if you have updated the game. There are many ways of updating games, the only legit way of doing so is through the Wii games Shopping Channel. Once the game is yours, be careful not to break any legislation laws.
You can find an option to add on within the games too. Most likely the easiest way of updating the game.
I recommend updating this game that way. The updates will allow you to explore a lot more dungeons, purchase different costumes and keep up to date with other players. It's very cheap and it's safe too! Once bought, it stays bought. Conditions apply.
Theaadi51 and anyone else that had trouble with the codes (due to purchasing the initial game only), I'm relieved the last ones work for you, enjoy!
i managed to tweak the codes i found to work with the version im using
