Title: 002 fix for gecko os
Post by: Wiisel on January 01, 2009, 02:30:47 PM
Will we be seeing an official 002 fixed version of Gecko OS or is it a case of waiting for 2.0? :)

ask someone that already made the 002 fix to put it on gecko os. the code should be the same

nevermind what i said, instead just use the Backup Loader with #002 fix. it works the SAME on official as it does backups...

i do not support the use of the pirate loader for anything but #002 fix

but there's no need to there is already a Gecko OS version Wiipower did one when he fixed everything else but ive not tried it as QLeaps works for me without any cIOS.

http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Image:Geckoos_1.7b_for_cIOS.zip (http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Image:Geckoos_1.7b_for_cIOS.zip)

this i why i ask if it will be added to the official Gecko OS i would rather use an official one if possible.

maybe softchip would be a better suggestion than the other loader that :)

other pirate loaders wont work. wiigators is based off of geckoos and will work

just stick w/ unofficial for now

yeah ill see what comes along until the ill use Qleaps.
its just seems wrong to recommend gamma when there's other alternative's that work with the fix that do not support piracy.

QLeaps fixed gecko os
wiipowers fixed gecko os
softchip r73 and above (defaults IOS36)

Im guessing nows not the best time to purchase a USBGECKO?
