Title: Help getting region free to work!
Post by: drbone on December 28, 2008, 03:45:47 AM
I have the HBC installed and Gecko OS on my SD card, too.  I'm trying to play a couple of region free games.  Unfortunately, everytime I go to the HBC channel and try to load Gecko OS, I tells me it's not a valid Wii application.
Can somebody please tell me what I'm doing wrong?  I can't seem to find any info on this!  I'm using the most up-to-date version of Gecko and the HBC and my firmware is version 3.2.  The FAQ on the HBC main page seems to suggest that it should be using a .DOL file, rather than a .ELF file.
Thank you!
