WiiRd works on Virtual Machines as long as proper USB forwarding is supported.. I succesfully tested it on a Win98 and Win2000 Virtual Machine on my PC!

I am using VirtualBox.. what you need to do.. you need to forward the USB ports so that the virtual machine actually has access to the USB ports.. without USB acces, the USB Gecko won't work.. and thus WiiRd won't work
