If there are any problems please let me know.
More to come maybe...

What about a code to have 99 of all items, or for the element thing to always have the same element in all the circles (to catch monsters easier), or monsters always join and never run, full monster list, or have all recipes? Are any of these codes possible?
OnkelLes do you know if i can change the exp output? i try changing 0098967F to 00002710 so i'll get 10000 exp but doesn't work and i don't want be at level 200
Well I was really bummed when I found out that the Returning original Symphonia cast Can't level up. The code I was looking for would be one that simply removed that limitation. None of these seem to do that though. :(
No fault of yours though, Maybe it simply can't be done and all of you coders have done a great job.
But if anyone does come up with a code like that, just please lemme know.
Thanks! :D
anyone working on the Unknown Mode cheat ?
Thanks for the code it works great, I was wondering if anyone was working on a way to make the element wheel thing stay on all one element?
Thanks for the code everyone. These are great. Does anyone know if there is a code to get more grade?

And it seems like the TP bar goes over the boundry, it says I have like 2,000 TP when there's only 999 to get. I was wondering if this blue bar is removable or will I just have to play with it? Also the HP bar is empty, says I have 800/0 which is impossible.

Unless I'm missing something, you don't have any codes active that should be modifying HP or TP stats. As far as the TP itself goes, if the current value is greater than the maximum value, then the bar will overextend beyond the boundary (bar is length is determined by % of current vs. max; ie: 15 TP current out of 10 TP max means bar would be 150% of normal length in theory.)
Also, if you have a code for 98 of every item, there shouldn't be any need to have an infinite item code active at the same time. Since the quantity of each item is locked at 98, you in effect already have infinite of them all.

I just fought a battle and I died in 1 hit. I don't know which code(s) is (are) causing this but now I can't cheat becuase I get OHKO'd. (FYI, I beat the game first, I'm using codes on a New Game+. Never cheat to win.)
I've tried taking off the infinite item code and leave on the 98 all code and vice versa, it still made my TP bar over-extend, and I was still 800/0 HP.
Also, I've tried this on my main file (saved right before last boss) and it still messed up the HP and TP bars. I tried that to see if it was somthing that might happen because of the New Game+ but it still happens.

Try without the All Titles code. It's the only code that modifies memory locations near Emil's HP and TP and since it's a serial code it's also modifying multiple memory addresses. I'm guessing it's hitting Emil's HP and TP.
There's also alternate all titles codes for Emil and Marta in the code database. (http://www.usbgecko.com/codes/index.php?r=u&c=RT4EAF)

Okay, I'll try it once my brother stops playing Animal Crossing. I'll also try the database codes, I didn't even think about it. :/ Thank you for all your help, hopefully this will solve my problem. :D BTW, the all titles code doesn't seem to work anyway (at least the one I've been using) I have all the same titles I had, and I know there's a fishing title that I haven't gotten.
EDIT: Thank you so much Aesteval, taking off the all Titles code did the trick. I'm now going to use the Database codes. I can't thank you enough, I would've never thought of taking off the title code. Thank you Thank you Thank you! ^_^
Is there a code to JUST remove the level-cap on the chars that have one (all chars except Marta and Emil)?
This would allow to level-up those characters normally. Though I don't know how problematic this might be regarding stats (don't know if they will get higher stats by leveling up currently.
Of course, title changes would be nice too for those chars (equipment too but as there are no items for those chars to be found/bough in the game, that would be pretty much useless).
Code database updated with equipment modifier codes.

Only thing that I can do for title changes right now, for characters that you can't normally manually change the titles, is create individual codes to give characters each title. You can modify the character data to change the active title, but I have yet to find a way to be able to change those titles in game.
There do appear to be a few choices for equipment for guest characters, my guess is that they join several times throughout the game and have upgraded equipment later on. But you can always manually change it using the equipment modifier codes, and should also be able to equip them with things which they aren't supposed to use.
Unlike final fantasy games, most of which set the item cap to 99, tales games have the item caps at 20.
@Aesteval:
So I guess there is no possibiltiy regarding the level-cap?

@Aesteval:

I'm not going to be able to see what's easily possible with removing a level cap until I actually get a chance to play the game long enough to get a character into a position in which they would hit a level cap (normally) and I can try and see how the game implements it. The only toggling of a level cap that I've really had a good look at is Emil's in the beginning of the game, and that seems to be implemented through the regular flag system in the game and is an effectively useless way to try and change the level caps on other characters because there are too many other variables being kept track of in those flags as well.
Regarding guest characters: Yeah they change more than once and every time they join the have a different title/equipment/level. All of them re-join at the end of the game and there they can't be leveled up (no exp required for the next level displayed e.g.), however I believe the already have level caps before too - though not that high.

I don't really know when, but their titles do change when in your team aswell, not just when they leave & come back.
Also thier level cap is different. While everyone else's total exp still goes up when they reach the cap, ToS1 Characters are frozen at 0.
Ah yeah: Forgot about the title changes during playing (I believe this is event triggered though because e.g. near the end of the game I entered the hot springs and Loyd got a different title afterwards - however: I didn't want him to have THAT title :) ). Regarding the levels: I wasn't sure anymore, if they changed when you had them in the party before they reached their maximum level but I think you are right regarding this too - so those limits should also get removed :)
I think the Lloyd changing title getting a notice was the only time they metioned it changed when they was in your group. (For fun)
I've seen it change randomly when I checked thier stats.
a code for capturing monsters would be nice
either modifying the elemental grid or telling the game that the monster never escapes.... or the grid and 100% of capturing monsters? it's kinda difficult to capture monsters...

This would be great, plus a All Recepie code, I think I'm missing a few Wonder Chefs. :P
The "File Swap" codes for the Japanese version can do some pretty crazy things, like make Emil look and play like Alice....

and also....checking to see a way has been discovered for the level-cap removal.
@Aesteval
You say Emil in the beggining is the only one with a level cap you've checked, and since it has flags it isn't the same and thus useless.
but what about *spoilers*
the last strech of the game, when all the characters join and are unable to level up anymore, wouldn't that work?
mainly each chapter or so they gain a set of lvls(the guest char) , but only change their equips once and that's at the end when they all join you.
So has this game been given up on?
Can't really say anything no the end of the game as I haven't been that far. Been busy and haven't had a chance to hack or play the game for a bit.
@Aesteval
Well, that's okay, no one's paying you to do this(unlike the ppl at datel who couldn't even release an actual AR).
on a side note:
Characters most likely have level up data(the debug menu has the characters on lvl 1, and jugding from their progressive lvl ups through the story....and also the fact that they can go as far as lvl 200 in the debug menu)
so its clear they have stat increases.
and i'm not sure a game dump would be useful.
Stumbled upon this by accident.

4 - Earth
5 - Lightning
6 - Ice
7 - Light

The codes go in the (clockwise) order of the Grid, so the 1st x is the element farthest to the left and so on. If you make 4 or 5 of the x's be the same element, you will always have a chance to recruit a monster to your party. This does not modify the field element.

"Spellbind" means you have a chance to forge a pact. It does not mean always succeed at pacts. The code starts off with "never spellbind". Hold + and press up to change the code to Always Spellbind; you can let go once you press the buttons and it will remember to keep spellbinding. Hold + and press down to change the code to Never Spellbind. You can only forge a pact with one monster per fight, so if you spellbind multiple monsters, the one you get to pact with is random (i.e. never the one you wanted). Try to turn Always Spellbind on ONLY when you are about to kill a monster that you want to capture. Or leave it on all the time if you don't care what monsters you pact with.
EDIT:
It turns out that - is a better button than + to use for this purpose. In a fight, pressing - will pause the game and show you monster stats and element. I use -left and -right for my grid modifier below, so -up and -down make more sense for a Spellbind activator.

thanks to hawkeye for finding the hook for the elemental grid
It's a little complicated to use. You must use Emil in battle. This code uses a few Gecko registers, not sure which but it's like gr3, gr4, and/or gr5 I think (depends on which version of Gecko OS you use). While battling, hold down the - key. Watch Emil's TP; it will change to the current grid element's number while - is pressed. Don't worry, when you release -, Emil's TP goes back to normal, and battle pauses while you hold -.
While holding minus, press left and right to change the current grid element's number. Once you've picked the value that you want, let go of minus and go cast a spell or do something that tickles the grid and you'll see everything change to match the number of the element you set.

Go to the Equipment screen and highlight the item you want to change. While holding Z, press left or right to change the item by one, and hold + or - to scroll through 60 items per second (takes about 10 seconds to scroll through all items). Using this code you can put any item anywhere - an apple gel for Emil's weapon, or Sol and Mani (Richter's axe and sword) for Marta's ribbon, etc. If you go to the accessory and there's no accessory equipped, you can bring one into existence, and then use C to de-equip the accessory into your inventory. You can then create any rare items you want, as many as you want!
Look at the equipment codes on the main code page to see all the items.

It looks like there are a few quirks to the Artes. Check the Support Thread for details.

This code modifies the "Experience needed to level up" table. I tried to follow the general pattern that was used to make the Emil/Marta table from levels 70-200 in order to continue the other 55 levels; each level requires an additional 65535 EXP to reach the next level. Everyone's level maxes out at 255, which means your EXP now maxes out at 13,662,139 instead of 9,999,999. Stats continue to increase for the remaining 55 levels. Monsters will require a great deal of additional experience to catch up to Emil/Marta for a given level.

Don't consume quests [dcx2]
0402474C 4800007C
The quests stay on the menu even after playing them. Use Quest Randomizer to get the quest type that you want. Then, you can use the Quest Rank Roller to make it S-rank. Then, Don't consume quests will allow you to keep playing the same quest over and over.
Always have quests [dcx2]
0249357E 00000007
This will give you quests even if you've completed them all, but a given quest will disappear from the list after it has been beaten. Use "Don't consume quests" to keep quests from disappearing from the menu if you want to play the same quest multiple times.

+ or - will roll rank. c + or c - will roll type. c 1 or c 2 will roll location. You will see the value roll in real-time, but you have to exit and enter the Katz menu to get the changes acknowledged (i.e. to get the reward to change). If you make changes and then save, I think the changes will be permanent. Be careful when rolling type and location, because you can get stuck. Just reload your save from the menu if you get stuck.

Go to the status screen, hold Z and then press 1. This doesn't "de-level" your character's stats; you keep all the stats and experience. The next time you fight you will level up at the end, and your stats will increase accordingly. So if you don't want to artificially increase your stats, de-level only as much as you need. This can probably also be used to save a monster that you didn't evolve after feeding after reaching its max level.

There are about 20 copies of Attack Freely. You will have scroll through them. I did not provide an indicator because the list is small (about 40 values).
Apparently, different characters get different values for Attack Freely? Marta had 0x27, Emil had 0x26, a Kitty Kat had 0x17 and an Aspidoceleon had 0x16. There is also one extra copy of Save and Hold Position at the end.
There are previously unknown strategies! I have bolded them.

The quests stay on the menu even after playing them. Use Quest Randomizer to get the quest type that you want. Then, you can use the Quest Rank Roller to make it S-rank. Then, Don't consume quests will allow you to keep playing the same quest over and over. Now you can cancel a dungeon quest at the katz, or escape/fail a battle quest, and keep the quest on the list.

Huge thanks to Frubam for pointing me at the encounter table! This code is a bit complicated. Go to the menu screen (Artes, Equip, Item, Status, etc). Hold Z. Look at the Encounters; you will see the number for the last encounter you had (if you have not had an encounter yet, it shows -1, which can be confusing). While holding Z, pressing 1 will toggle the Encounter Roller. When the Encounter Roller is enabled, the Encounters number will be negative, and it will force you to enter that encounter. If you press 1 while holding Z again, it will disable the encounter roller, and the number will be positive once again, which shows you the last encounter you had, and allows you to enter encounters normally.
.
While the Encounter Roller is enabled, you can hold Z and press + or - to roll the encounter number. You can choose any encounter from 1 to 1258, which is the last encounter I could find. If you hold both C and Z, the + or - will make it scroll quickly. If you go past one end it wraps to the other end. If the number doesn't roll, then the code is disabled.

In addition to 2.1, When you hold Z, you will also see the amount of each enemy in the battle will replace the level for the character; the Z/Y/W/X value (decimal) will appear in Next Level; the min level will appear in HP; the max level will appear in TP.

E0000000 80008000
Based on frubam's work
Q is the hex value for the encounter you want to modify. For example, the Ishrantu encounter is decimal 1232 = hex 0x4D0. 1258 = 0x4EA is the last battle.
Z,Y,X,W represent the half-word hex value of the enemy.
N1,2,3,4 represents the quantity of each enemy respectively(no more than 10 in one battle).
M1,2,3,4 represent enemy's min level (is sometimes 0?)
U1,2,3,4 represent enemy's max level (is sometimes 0?)
The various values for Q match the Encounter Roller. The entire list is attached to this post. Thanks to arch feline, frubam, and Tenkirby for partial lists.
Thanks to ShadowX39 for finding all 365 monster Z/Y/X/W values, even ones that freeze.
