Convert SNES codes to GameGenie?

Is there a method to convert the SNES codes here to a GameGenie format for usage on a real SNES?

Or even to convert to PAR/Action Replay codes as there is PAR to GG converter out there?.

Ummmmm..... no... unless you ask ones of the hackers from GSHI. Other than that this is pretty much a Wii Code site. If these codes in raw form match the one from emulators then you may have a chance at a converter.
