Ugly Blue Screen Error Message (Shop Channel)

Recently, when I've tried to access the Shop Channel, I run into an ugly blue screen that says Error #002, and the whole thing freezes. I have BootMii and a backup, so I can go back to a previous version of my Wii. But now the Shop Channel demands I run a System Update become it will decide to work, and when I try to update the Shop Channel with Homebrew and WiiSCU, all I get when I try to run the shop Channel is the ugly blue screen again. Can anyone help?

if you want to run wiishop channel then you need to update it to V20 using DOP-Shop, WiiSCU just downgraded it to V18 on my wii, and when it ask's you if you want to install/re-install IOS56 (on DOP-Shop), then hit yes, it worked for my wii
