How do I set up Homebrew channel again?

I recently updated to 4.3 to play Endless Ocean 2: A Blue World and my wii wouldn'tlet me play it unless I updated. So my question is what are the steps I need to take into getting homebrew channel back. I miss my hacking days and would appreciate a list of steps, So do I need to downgrade or is there another way to install the homebrew channel.

On 4.3, the only way to install the Homebrew Channel is through a combination of either Smash Stack or Indiana Pwns and the HackMii Installer.
