Newbie question about USB games

Hi, I'm a little newbie about these things related to homebrew etc, sorry :(

I saw on smashboards forum a way to hack music on super smash bros brawl (which is not really related) and I have to load the game from Gecko OS.

The problem is, my game is on my USB pen drive, and when I put to load the game on Gecko, it loads only the DVD game... I use USB loader to open the game in the common way.

The version is Gecko OS 1.9.1 by the way. Please someone help me, thanks.

Gecko OS only loads original discs, it can't do backups or USB.
