Quote from: smk;1172Yeah, that's what I got. However, it doesn't show that you have the save when you put the SD Card in your Wii like it would if you copied it to the SD Card. I dunno if that means it worked or if it means you have to do something special to get it to show up.

Maybe you can't get to make it show up on SD card because it was never meant to?

I think the installer would still recognize the save file.

It's just in another format, most likely broken down into separate files.  That's why they don't show up in the Wii's SD Card browser.

In order to put them back you have to use the installer.

I'm having an odd problem... Whenever I try to use codes I get a black screen after the game loads, but I know the codes are correct because they worked previously.

Any idea as to what could be causing this?

Some of the code combinations I tried were unlimited parts + overlapping, or even just unrestricted pause camera on its own.

Oh and Full Metal Kirby, The Music that you managed to play, did it have a title and everything normal Music would have?

Full Metal Kirby

Yes, but later, the exact same values were nameless and had no name (and the ones around said music weren't named as the the name we had gotten when playing either.)

This is very interesting....

Hmm maybe it would of been easier to figure out how to do it again, if you saved a replay of the music when it played, then you could just check what the replay does to activate?

If you ever manage to get it to work again do this?

Quote from: Hextator;1161Infinite coin launcher coins doesn't seem to work.

My screen said "9999" coins, but I couldn't shoot any more after I fired the amount I would have had (or rather, the amount I actually had).

I don't know if James is TwilightSpectre, or else I'd have PM'd him on Kodewerx. I suppose I could PM him here, too, but I think others might like to see this info.

If the code works for them, perhaps they'll see this and tell me what to do to make it work.

I am Batman. I mean Twilight Spectre.
And I had no idea.. I shot TONS of coins... maybe I had a lot? lol That kinda sucks. heh. Sorry about that. ;(

Quote from: Full Metal Kirby;1153Well, they work, but most of them freeze on the "No Contest" or Results screen; I should know, they do for me, too.

I just got this as well, the game froze after the match ended while playing on the wi-fi waiting room stage.

I wonder if someone can make a code to let you use projectiles extremely rapidly like they did in this vid in Melee...

That'd be epic.

Dude, and I thought infinite up Bs was fun. Someone please find a way to do this lmfao

Good idea; I'll keep it in mind if I ever do get it to work again.

Those codes used are the Super [insert character here] codes. It souped up X character's B moves from rapid fire B to being able to levitate in the air with a certain B move. Those codes have yet to be made for Brawl but, I imagine somewhere down the line they will be.

More items
4A000000 80000000
XXXXXXXX 00000000

XXXXXXXX:

pokéballs 1462C4CA
Smart bombs: 1462C39E
Party balls: 1462C38A
Bomb-ombs: 1462C36E
Gooey bombs: 1462C374

* This code will let you load more of the chosen items in Training. You can only load up to 8, but this code also allows infinite objects when using the Kirby Final Smash glitch (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EURyinJNmMs). Be careful with smart bombs as too many of them going off can crash the game.

Multiple assist trophies
4A000000 80000000
1462C368 00000000
1462C423 00000000

* Be very careful with this code. It will allow you to make more than 1 assist trophy appear in Training. If you load more that 1 and open them, the character that comes out will be the same for each trophy opened. However, this code is highly unstable and can crash the game quite often, since assists trophies aren't meant to be loaded more than once. Use at your own risk.

Please note that in order to use these cheats you must have a Wii capable of running homebrew, and you must also have Ocarina or a USB Gecko with Gecko OS and WiiRD. Ocarina can load cheats directly from the SD card, eliminating the need to buy a USB Gecko if you will only use it to cheat. I have not tested these codes with Ocarina, but theoretically they should work.

I also have a list of hex values for assist trophies. Not all of them are listed, and I can't currently make a working assist trophy modifier. But this list might be useful sometime.

AA Stafy
AB Infantry
8D Samurai Goroh
A2 Isaac
AD Tingle
B0 Dr. Wright
9D Little Mac
8F Excitebike
94 Knuckle Joe
86 Andross
9B Jill & Drill Dozer
8A Ray MKII
90 Jeff Andonuts
8E Devil/Demon
96 Hammer Bro
9E Metroid
99 Kat & Ana
A4 Saki Amamiya
93 Lakitu & Spiny
9F Nintendog
A7 Shadow
AF Waluigi
88 Barbara the Bat
9C Lyn/Lyndis
By the way, the assist trophy pointer can be found at 8062C41F. In the memory viewer it will be the last byte on the highlighted 32-bit line if you search for it. The variable gets reset only after an assist trophy leaves the screen, and when you hear the Wii's drive load new data.

Quote from: smk;1160Err... that better not be a modified code of another code. Could you please post the link on where you got that from? Thanks.

EDIT: Also, are we 100% sure that it is the Character Modifier code that is causing menu errors and stage freezes? Or is it really the custom stage codes? I'd really like to know so I, myself, don't wind up having this issue on accident (even though I backed up my save).
Work for me.

Its not character modifier, it's the infinite stage builder pieces and overlapping SB pieces codes.
