Gecko OS Freezing Problm

Ever since I ran the miospatcher to use run the old Gamecube Action replay (v1.14) my Gecko OS 1.07b hasn't been working properly. When I'm on the Homebrew channel, the gecko symbol at the bottom right never used to be highlighted. But now it is. When I load Gecko OS, it opens and freezes. The only thing I'm getting is a gecko symbol at the bottom left, with a green background. I tryed re-inserting my SD card, and un-plugging my USB Keyboard. I don't have a USB Gecko.

Remove the memory card in slot B. GeckoOS think it's a USBGecko and fails to load it.
