Gecko OS regionfree always displays in progressive? (not SD TV Compatible?)

Hi guys,

Just installed newest gecko OS through homebrew channel, but i'm having trouble running games through it... they work, but always seem to display in progressive mode (i think!) as my TV doesn't support it, i just get the v.hold going crazy and a black and white picture.. is there anyway to disable this for us people who only have SD tv's?

tried forcing NTSC, PAL60, PAL50 etc... no luck.
