Need help adding new codes for Ocarina cheat device PLZ HELP

ok i've downloaded the homebrew channel, gecko os, homebrew browser, ocarina but i dont know how to enter codes please someone help me (btw this is heidi's son)

did you use the computer code manager? or are you using the USB gecko(I don't know how to use a USB gecko so...)

download the code manager and open a text cheat file with it
