So I just updated the Homebrew Channel to beta 9 and when I try to load Gecko OS or Ocarina I get the following message:
"This is not a valid Wii application."

It worked before I upgraded. Does Gecko OS have compatibility issues with beta 9 of the Homebrew Channel?

QuoteThe ELF loading code in The Homebrew Channel has been updated to be consistent
with the ELF Specification. Due to inconsistencies in ELF executables produced
by current versions of DevkitPPC as of this writing, current ELF applications
will not work with this version (this is why we have been recommending the use
of DOL files instead). The next release of DevkitPPC is expected to include a
new executable build process that will produce both valid ELFs and DOLs. If
you have applications in ELF format, please ask the developer to release the
proper DOL executable. If only the ELF is available, you can convert it using
the `powerpc-gekko-objcopy' utility from DevkitPPC. Use it as follows:

   powerpc-gekko-objcopy -O binary boot.elf boot.dol

The simple solution would be to delete the boot.elf file in the Gecko OS app folder, rename the main.dol file included with the Gecko OS 1.07b release to bool.dol and move that into the Gecko OS app folder.

I also made a quick post with an updated Gecko OS package:
